大学英语四级考试高分经验

1、词汇

词汇是英语学习的基础，它的重要性自不必多说。全程班的课程安排中，前面一部分就是词汇讲解。我记得每节课时长只有三十分钟左右，但是听课都得花上一个小时。听词汇课的过程中，我会记录生词、释义以及例句。我也很喜欢用【开心词场】，除了对应班级的词书外，我还背过其它词书(例如与中国传统文化相关的词汇等)。对于一些一下子记不住的单词，可以把它们记在笔记本上，常去翻看。要注意的是，光知道单词的意思而不会用是不够的。我在记单词的时候会关注一些近义词，以便写作文的时候能够活用词汇。

另外想说一下我个人的想法，我觉得要知道自己掌握的词汇量的具体数值并不容易，但是想大致确定词汇量是否足够可以看一下两点：1、做阅读的时候是否因为生词过多而无法理解文意;2、写作文的时候是否想好了句子的架构却想不起对应的词汇。 如果自觉词汇量的不够的话，一定要趁备考时间充足加油记单词。如果目前掌握的词汇量足够应考，也要常常复习避免遗忘。

在临考时(例如考前半个月)，没有必要强迫自己再记新的词汇。可以复习一下已记住的词汇，如果时间不够充裕的话也一定要复习一下核心词汇(可以参考所购买资料附赠的词汇本或者用开心词场)。条件允许的.话，还是建议在看词汇的时候朗读一下例句。

2、听力

我这次能取得高分离不开听力正确率的提高，所以希望小伙伴们也重视听力的练习。

听力大致分为短对话、长对话、独白、填词。如果对各类题的掌握程度差别较大，可以单独练习比较薄弱的题型;如果掌握程度差不多，则建议一次听一套练习。不过小沐我一开始也不是一套一套来练习的，毕竟时长35分钟，一开始注意力还能集中，听着听着就容易走神。有着同样困扰的小伙伴们，如果备考时间充足，可以先把一份听力分两次听，但要保证听的时候注意力完全集中。然后保证充足的练习量(我有段时间每周去图书馆练4-5次听力)，这样的话几个月后连续听35分钟也不那么容易走神了。

做听力的时候要先看选项，但是我不建议在准备期间看过多的题目，因为这样容易把信息混淆。至于一次看多少题的选项，还需要小伙伴们通过练习把握自己的节奏。在看选项的时候可以用笔划出“重点”，所谓“重点”，就是指某两个或四个选项间有明显区别的部分。

在听长对话和独白的时候要记得作笔记，而且笔记要简洁明了。例如当对话中出现两个人的信息时，可以分别写下他们的名字(或简写)，然后把相关的信息分别列在后边。

填词比起改革前要简单许多，英语基础不错的小伙伴们可以要求自己“最多错两个”，尽量要全对。不过填词时也容易犯漏了“to”、“in”等介词的错误，这个就需要大家注意在第三遍听的时候不掉以轻心，仔细检查。

3、阅读

阅读理解主要分为选词填空、长阅读(信息匹配)和仔细阅读。长阅读建议先看短的选项，划出关键词，再看原文。这个我觉得只要足够仔细应该准确率会很高。不过阅读速度慢的小伙伴还是要注意练习，提高速度，以免耗时过长影响之后的答题。仔细阅读的话，各人习惯不同，有些先看全文，有些先看选项。

我基本两种都能用，不过更多的是先看全文。小伙伴们不用勉强改变自己的习惯，但是建议固定用一种方式，这样考试时也能得心应手。我觉得最难的还是选词填空(四级的时候错了一半，六级的时候大概错了两三个)，不过通过练习还是能有所进步的。

我一般是先过一遍，了解文章大意，然后把最有把握的填上。接下来根据词性、大意来填，填完后通读一遍。不过有时还是会出现有几空无论如何也不知道填哪个的情况，这种时候还是先放一放吧，不要影响了后面的答题。

4、翻译

对于一般题材的文字，我相信英语基础还不错的同学应该能保证翻译出来的单句的正确性。但是碰上传统文化(这次是科技类)题材的文字时，可能会觉得有些词不知道怎么翻。考场上碰到的话也就只能找意思相近的写啦，考前还是建议多准备。

开心词场里有传统文化相关词汇的词书，应该对备考有帮助。一般来说，做翻译题是有打草稿的位置和时间的。正式考试时可以先把粗翻的内容写在试题卷的空白处，然后看看有哪些词可以改成“高级词汇”，哪些句型可以变换一下(例如把短句合并成长句)。尽量让译出来的文章看起来流畅优美，这样小瑕疵也不会减太多分啦~

5、作文

关于作文，我很惭愧地表示并没有太多练习，只有英语课上老师布置作业了才会去写作文。这里还是建议勤奋的同学自己练一练作文，至少考试时可以写得更顺手。然后对于和我一样懒得练作文的同学，至少还是要多看看范文，尤其是往年真题给出的范文。

总的来说呢，对于四级能顺利通过并取得良好成绩的小伙伴来说，只要不退步，过六级一定是没问题的。当然，如果想要在六级考试里取得更好的成绩，还是要多加练习。我在大一下，即备考的大半个学期中，做了开始至最新的真题卷，并且对照解析分析了自己的做题情况。之后又做了十套左右的模拟卷，外加听力练习册上的十套左右的听力练习。所以说足量的练习一定要保证。当然啦，因为我在各方面水平比较平均，所以基本是一套一套做的，如果有某方面特别弱的，可以根据自己的情况调整练习量。

老生常谈“得听力、阅读高分者，得天下!”因此，听力和阅读每周至少保证一定的时间。听力每周保证2-3次，30分钟以上的泛听和精听。

泛听的方式：只要是英语，不管是歌曲、美剧、广播、新闻还是演讲、对话、英语美文欣赏，都可以让它们在你的耳边响起，然后至少要看着听力原文，边听边看1次。

1.分析优秀范文，学习写作方法与技巧。对于答案给出的标准范文要学会分析其亮点与得分点。一方面，分析范文的文章结构，即范文的开头、结尾以及中间的论点都写了什么、都是如何围绕主题进行展开的;另一方面，分析范文中的亮点词汇、短语、句式，积累在自己的笔记本上，如范文中用到的表达观点的句式、恰当的短语等，都可以借鉴并应用到自己的写作当中。

2.广泛积累短语、句式。一方面，要积累结构性的短语和句式。如开头句、观点句、过渡句，表达转折、顺承、因果关系的词汇、短语等，从而使文章更加连贯，结构更加清晰;另一方面，要积累有亮点的短语、句式。如各种从句(定语从句、状语从句等)、强调句、倒装句等比较复杂、给文章加分的句子，以及各种含义准确的词汇、短语，如表达“考虑到...”可以用“in view of”“take ...into consideration”等。

1.背单词。对于阅读基础比较薄弱的同学，自己需要额外背四级单词。如果出现了阅读看不懂、做不完的情况，说明词汇量比较小，还不足以完成四级的阅读。因此，这部分同学需要通过提升词汇量来增强阅读能力。背单词可以用反复看、反复记忆的方法，因为阅读的单词不需要拼写，因此不一定每天要拿出几个小时去背，可以利用碎片时间反复翻看单词，多看几次就会形成印象。

2.选词填空。可以先看15个选项，标明词性和词义，之后通读全文了解大概内容，然后细读每一句，根据空处的前后文选择恰当的单词。选完之后可以再一次通读短文，看自己选择的词汇是否使全文连贯并通顺。

1.掌握直译与意译的翻译方法。对于含义明确、可以直接翻译的内容则直接对应翻译;如果有含义不明确或不知道如何翻译的内容，可以采取意译的方法，即解释性地翻译。通过解释性地翻译题目中某个词句，从而表达对等的含义。

作文的话，鄙人一般会写写英文的日志，不过对于非英语的童鞋，我觉得积累点范文和模块就OK了，作文还是比较死比较好拿一个稳定的分数。

二、备战篇

1.真题一定要做，而且要按考试的时间来，静下心来，做完后可以好好犒劳下自己哦。

2.坚持背作文范文和模板，两三天1篇也够了，考场上不知道何时你背的黄金句子就用上啦。

3.争取进行魔鬼训练。何为魔鬼训练?就是压缩时间，提高效率的训练。在我备战时，阅读要求5分钟完成，快速阅读10分钟，听力填空部分也只听一遍，这样考试时就从容了许多。

三、考场技巧篇

1.作文时间允许的话可以在准考证背面打一下草稿。

2.在收快速阅读卷和读考试须知时最好能通篇浏览一下听力的题目。

3.听力先在试卷上做，随后再涂答题卷，这样可以从容点，放心，最多几分钟时间。

4.阅读尽量多花时间，因为分值大。同理，其他部分可以少花点时间，要把握好轻重。

5.不要在翻译上浪费时间，不会就不会了，把时间多检查下前面的客观题。翻译一向来难度大，得分都不会太高，保证自己会的不出错就好了

6.听力中如果两项意思明显相反时，答案必定在其中。

7.听力注意女性的说话，她们的话一般都是考查的点。

8.判断正误一般三个Y，三个N，一个NotGiven。

9.阅读中心句在最后段的概率是0，一般第一二段必定出现。

10.细节题多花点时间，仔细仔细再仔细，定位很重要!

一、原选择题型的篇章阅读理解

^级的仔细阅读增加了文章的长度和段落数量，题型向细节性方向发展。仔细阅读要求做到“三精读一略读”。一是精读文章首段和每段第一次出现的结论句，了解文章的主题和结构。二是精读关键词定位的地方，请注意，细节题题干都是相应原文的变形(如同义改写、词性转换等)，因此要找到答案一定要找到题干在原文中的出处，再把原文和选项相比较，正确选项应该是对原文的精确改写，应该符合两点特征：形式对应和含义对应，比如原文中出现比较，那么正确选项中也应该对应出现相应形式，同时含义应该是原文的同义替换，相同的意思换了一种表达方式。三是精读重要考点，比如：转折、比较、因果、结论或总结。略读就是略读甚至不读其他细节性信息，因为干扰选项往往来自于这些地方，精读后反而会增加干扰选项的迷惑度，避免被迷惑信息干扰的最好方法就是不去面对诱惑。需要注意的是与原文极其相似的选项一定要慎选。

细节题考查信息查找能力和句子的理解能力。由于考试时间非常紧张，对于考生来说，做好细节题，首先是要在原文找到相关信息。正是由于这点，我们看文章需要目的。有同学先看文章再做题，导致做题时还得回去在文章中寻找相关内容，或者干脆凭着对文章的主观印象匆忙求解，结果是浪费时间或者错误较多。建议考生先看题干再看文章，这样就会有方向感，目的感。所以，细节题的重要做题方法就是：先看题干，再看原文，带着题干个别的特有信息或者带着题干的中心话题在原文定位。如“What did the handball player do when he was not allowed a time out to change his gloves? ”就可以结合handball player这个中心话题在原文找答案。

(2)能根据题目列出写作提纲，在一小时内写出200～250词的短文。

很多学习者翻开作文书籍，就如同想打开一本武功秘籍，只希望看到5个字母trick(技巧) 。技巧固然十分重要，但在应试准备中，常常需要70%的基础和30%的技巧。这里要提醒 大家的是，不可高估技巧的作用，犹如在武打片中，要想得到某某宝典和剑法，是需要付出惨痛的代价的。

1.在考场中，常常感到无话可说，该怎么办?

的确，在考场中有些考生由于紧张，常常会出现大脑一片空白，在10分钟之内动不了笔。对于这种在考场中思维短路的现象，有两种对策。

对策一：逆向思维法。考生在拿到一个作文话题、但不知该如何动笔时，可以去联想有关该 话题的具体事件，从具体事件中提炼出观点，再将观点反弹回去，即topic具体事件观点。例如看到The Advantage and Disadvantage of TV这个文章题目时，如果不知如何下笔，可以去联想一些具体的电视节目。一提到电视节目，就会自然而然地想到《新闻联播》。《新闻联播》有哪些好处呢?当然是开拓视野，了解世界。同时，还会联想到一些暴力片和色情片，它们对儿童的身心健康发展不利。

对策二：正说反说法。考生在写作中感到观点空洞茫然，不易理论清楚，甚至不知从何谈起时，可以从正、反两个方面对议题进行“摆事实，讲道理”，即“如果这样，就会怎么样; 如果不这样，又会怎么样”。

2.在写作中，遇到不会表达的词语该怎么办?

对于母语是中文的学习者，其中文词汇量往往大于英文词汇量，在英文写作中遇到不能表 达的词语是最正常不过的事情了。但有的考生在遇到不会拼写的单词时，往往绞尽脑汁，冥思苦想，结果造成思维短路，得不偿失。其实，对于这种情况，也有两种对策。

对策一：用其近义词代替。

如在写Student Use of Computer这篇作文时，很多同学以“在 最近里，学生使用电脑的小时数一直在增加”这句话来开头。“10年”可以用decade表 示，“增加”可以用ascend表示。但是不知道这两个词或对于它们的拼写没有把握时，可用 其近义词表示，如“10年”直接用ten years就可以，“增加”还可用increase, go up, ri se, grow, jump, climb等。在这个时候，考生必须遵守“宁为瓦全，不可玉碎”的原则。 这就要求在平时注意多收集一些同义词。如在每一篇作文中都会用到的一个单词“认为”， 英文中有很多单词来表达此义，如think, agree, claim, maintain, argue, believe, h old, suggest, view…as, regard…as, consider…(as)。又如另一个单词“目前，最近” ，可用nowadays, these years, recently, lately, currently, at present。此外， 同义词的收集与运用有助于考生在写作中用词多样化。

对策二：当考生在写作中，既找不到该词 的近义词，又不能用解释性的语言进行阐述时，考生可以考虑用其上义词或下义词来代替。

上义词是对事物的概括性、抽象性说明;下义词是事物的具体表现形式。如Owing a Car这 篇文章谈到拥有汽车的弊端，其中有一点是汽车会排放出一氧化碳(carbon oxide)和二氧化 碳(carbon dioxide),对空气造成污染。当然，如果不知道如何拼写，更不知该如何去 释义一氧化碳和二氧化碳时，可以用它们的上义词poisonous gases来表示，因为不 论是一氧化碳还是二氧化碳都是有毒气体。又如Getting to Know the World Outside the Campus(大学生该如何走出校园了解世界)，提纲的第二点要求是大学生了解社会的途径( 大众媒体、社会服务等)。“大众媒体”为mass media，“社会服务”为social service。 如果考生不会表达，但是在提纲里又明确规定不能不写时，可以用其下义词来代替。大众媒 体的具体表现形式是TV，radio, newspaper, internet;社会服务的具体表现形式则为par t\\|time job, tutoring等。因而，考生在写作中遇到不会表达的单词时，应该沉着冷静 ，考虑用其近义词、上义词或下义词来代替。
