我国的高职教学发展一直在高速的轨道上进行着，高职的教学改革在不断地探索与进行中，高职的课程设置、教学方法与手段、教材的编写等都在创新发展中。从早期的本科缩略版，到德国式、澳洲式、台湾式，再到项目化教学、岗位工作过程教学和订单教学等，高职教育的课程发展一直处于摸索有中国特色的高职教育体系过程中。

从行业英语的发展来看，我国的高职学校课程设置经历了以下几个阶段：首先是只有基础英语课程，然后增加行业英语课程，目前多数学校是基础英语+行业英语课程。一般课程设置为或1+或等不同形式（根据专业不同采用不同的设置模式）。但受教材所限，很多行业英语课程变成了英语阅读课或英语写作课，学生学到的只是一些专业方面的词汇，而能够胜任工作岗位的英语能力完全没有得到提高。高职学校培养的是“具有适度的基础理论知识、较强实践能力，同时具有管理潜质的高等技术应用型人才”（范洁修），行业英语的教学要符合这一要求，因此，行业英语的教学改革势在必行。

2.岗位工作过程的内涵

岗位工作过程是指一固定岗位中所必需的一系列工作流程和任务，岗位工作实施的所需条件、环境及情景，以及岗位工作所需要的能力和其他相关条件等，这些是学生毕业后走向工作岗位必须了解和掌握的能力。完整的职业教育，或者说工学结合的职业教育，既离不开学校，又离不开企业（陈天培，王东强，2008）。以工作过程为导向的课程教学就是以工作实践为中心，在完成工作任务的基础上实现掌握知识和培养能力的目标。因此，在高职教育中，必须培养学生基于岗位工作过程所必需的知识和能力。只有这样，我们所培养的毕业生才能毕业后快速适应岗位，进入工作状态，才能在社会上有竞争力。

3.《秘书英语》岗位工作过程教学模式

基于工作过程教学模式实施的前提是教学设计指向实际需要，教学内容的选取主要来自岗位的实际操作过程，并以能够反映工作过程、工作步骤、工作方法为主（郑秀云，2011）。

《秘书英语》是一门应用性和专业性很强的行业英语课程，但在很多出版社的现有行业英语教材中，《秘书英语》教材通常只是一些阅读材料或口语对话，每个单元由一些阅读文章或信函写作组成。在日常教学中，如果只是简单地进行一些阅读或写作教学，学生只了解秘书岗位的工作内容和简单的词汇，这门课便失去了设置的意义，学生不能从这门课中学到有用的英语应用能力，也远远不能满足学生毕业后岗位工作中的需要，更无法完成“培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高技能人才”（教育部，2006）的使命。因此，在设计《秘书英语》教学体系的过程中，我们构建了在项目化基础上的岗位工作过程教学体系。《秘书英语》课程的教学体系以岗位工作过程为主线，以岗位工作情境、岗位工作项目与任务驱动多模块化进行教学。

课程设计

我院文秘专业设置属于商务助理方向，根据这一特点，我们将秘书岗位工作中的实际工作分解成若干个模块进行模块教学。模块教学的优点就是学生可以在完成一个任务的同时，掌握这一任务所需的知识和能力。由于这些知识和能力是学生在未来工作中所需要的，学生学习时就有了目标和动力，学习积极性也相应有所提高。学生通过模块学习，了解并掌握岗位工作中需要的知识和能力，并在实践操作中获取这些知识和能力。

根据秘书岗位工作任务的需要，我们将课程项目设计成基础项目、开放式项目和岗位创新项目三部分，在培养学生岗位工作能力的同时，培养学生的独立工作能力和创新思维能力，全方位提高学生的职业能力和英语应用能力，以及学生的创新意识和岗位责任感。

教学手段

在教学方式上，采用校内实训中心和校外顶岗实习中心交替进行课程教学，坚持实训教学与实习教学相结合、知识传授与能力培养相结合、岗位工作能力提高与岗位工作创新相结合的方针。我院有新建的文秘实训中心，并与多家企业联合建立多个校外实训基地。

《秘书英语》课程教学全部在校内实训室和校外实训基地完成。一般情况下，基础项目在校内实训基地完成，开放项目和创新项目根据实际需要和安排，在校内或校外进行。由于和相关公司合作比较好，相关公司的一些接待等业务也由学生辅助完成。例如，相关合作公司需要组织会议和发邀请函，我们就会协同公司共同做好这个项目，学生会把这个项目作为自己的实训内容进行完成。教师也与学生一起做这个项目，并在项目中相互学习，共同讨论，为圆满完成这个项目献计献策。这些岗位工作的锻炼对学生能力的培养和知识的应用有很大的促进作用，对于学生的学习积极性提高也起到不可估量的作用。与此同时，这些项目拉近了老师和学生之间的关系，师生间相互学习，共同进步，为师生和谐相处提供了很好的机会。

《秘书英语》岗位工作过程实施步骤

在实施上述教学体系过程中，我们的教学原则是：始终坚持以秘书实际岗位工作任务为载体，在工作中将学习内容分解，把学习内容和必须掌握的知识和技能融入到工作任务中。学生通过完成每一个任务，了解并掌握秘书岗位工作中所需要的知识和技能，从而实现培养学生岗位工作能力的目标。我们以基础项目中的“发邀请函”为例。
