一、英语教师必须具备扎实的基本功

作为一个小学英语教师必须要有听、说、读、写、画、唱、跳这些基本功。这次，我听了几天课。这些老师们都具备了扎实的基本功，他们的教学方法也令人耳目一新，值得我们学习。特别是瑶瑶老师，她在教学中注重知识的积累和拓展，注重了学生学习策略的培养。为了帮助学生巧记单词，她首先引导学生分析相同的读音单词，帮助学生认读新单词。阅读中的任务设置也很到位，阅读时采用了略读和细读。在教学中，老师充分体现了阅读课特点，引导学生进入话题，帮助学生化解了重难点，指导学生掌握了阅读技巧。xxx老师在教学中，也注重围绕故事情节展开教学，注重创设情境，让学生感受语言，让学生在活动中体验语言。

还有xxx老师的课，也让我开了眼界。xxx老师课堂教学技巧娴熟，逐渐形成了自己的教学风格，为了突破重难点，老师运用了抢答的形式，调动了学生的积极性，为了吸引学生的注意力，老师自制了教具，让学生在学中玩，玩中学，愉悦了课堂，充分发挥了学生的主体作用。

二、理念和思想的更新

通过这次培训学习，还使我们明白了应该树立终生学习、终身培训的`意识，不断更新观念，勤于学习,与时俱进。随着经济国际化全球化的发展，英语词汇的不断更新，社会需求对英语教师的口语、语音、技能等水平要求会越来越高，如果教师不注意加强自身的学习，势必会被动挨打，还误人子弟。

三、自身英语能力的提高

这次培训，领导、老师根据我们学员的实际情况，给我们安排的一些提高自身英语能力的课程，如精读，让我们重温了以前学过的一些语法知识；还有语音课，语音老师准确的发音让我们佩服，她对每个音素的生动讲解让我们对牢记在心；她还给我们上口语课，让我们感受了标准的英语口语，掌握的了一些基本的口语交际；在这几天里，我们不管是英语口语、语音、语调，还是听力都有了很大进步。

四、了解了最新的英语新课程改革理念

在这一次培训中，让我了解到了最新的英语课程改革理念。处在基础教育阶段的英语教学，应面向全体学生，注重素质教育，突出学生主体。特别强调要关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣。“兴趣是最好的老师”，因此，我们要在课堂教学中创设语境，运用一些游戏，使英语课堂“活”起来。我们不要把英语课上成知识传授课，不要以教师的教代替学生的学，而要让学生在活动中去学习英语，通过说说、听听、唱唱、玩玩等形式，让小学生感受到学习英语的快乐，从而培养学习英语的兴趣。在教学过程中，我们还要强调师生互动。小学英语教学过程是师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的过程。所以，我们应该以小学生朋友、帮助者的身份出现，尊重每一个学生。特别要关爱那些在英语学习方面有困难的学生，要尽可能多地为小学生提供实践英语的机会，鼓励他们所做的一切尝试，保护他们的积极性，让他们在活动中增强学习英语的主动性、参与性，培养合作意识。

一个寒假过去了，语文的学习也在这段时间里有了一定的成果。我学习到了许多知识，但却仍有些不足，总结如下：

一 练字方面：计划中是练习一本字帖两本xxx的，但实际只练了一本字帖六xxxxxx，（每天练习时间在45—60分钟）可能是出于时间紧迫，春节期间又比较疏忽的原因，没能够彻底达成目标，但字体有了一定的提高，不像原来那样乱了。

二 作文+日记方面：计划中是写十篇左右，实际共写了九篇（4篇日记,5篇作文）基本完成任务.。写得比较认真，都是来自于真实的生活。但是日记比较少，虽然篇幅多，但篇数上偏少了，也许是在家里不怎么出门，觉得写得东西就少了吧，以后要多留心观察生活，多写一些日记。

三 读书笔记方面：计划中是写二十篇左右，但实际只写了十一篇，虽然写的篇幅较长（每篇800—900字）但还是没能达成目标。这个假期我读的书并不是很多，但是余秋雨的“文化苦旅”给了我很深的印象，让我感受到了文学的魅力。遗憾的是冰心的“寄小读者”中优美的通讯都没有去积累，没能写很多读书笔记，以后的假期中应多注重语文的阅读。

四 古诗鉴赏方面：计划原本是积累一些写四季山水的美诗，在假期中读了一些诗文，就喜欢上品味诗的意蕴，实际上却成为了品析诗文，共写了十一篇古诗赏析写得比较多，也感觉很好，我以后会多关注古典文学的。

优点:总体来说，这个语文学习之旅还是比较愉快的，每天学习语文的时间在1-2小时，字写的很认真而且每一篇我都是以谨慎认真的态度写的，并没有当成一种任务。

缺点：这个假期并没有读很多书，读书笔记也写得不多，日记并不够精致，不能很好地描写事物，还需要继续努力，多读书，扩展视野！

假期的语文学习结束了，新学期的语文学习开始了，我会传承自己的优点，吸取教训，再接再厉！

其实，我们从那里学到的不仅仅是英语口语，英语语音，西方文化常识，我们还从外籍教师那里学到了英语教师有待提高的东西，包括教法，授课方式，教学激情等等，都是让我们大开眼界的，她们的授课激情是值得我们学习的。我将从以下几个方面来谈谈自己在这次培训中的一些心得体会：

一、创造一个轻松愉快的环境，激发学生的兴趣。

英语作为一种语言教学，创造一个语言坏境是至关重要的，在一个愉快轻松的环境中，可以激发学生说英语的兴趣。“兴趣是最好的.老师” 兴趣对学习有巨大的促进作用。如果一个人对所学内容感兴趣，就会孜孜不倦、乐在其中，越学越爱学。外教给我们上课，最让我感受最深的是他们上课就是在很大程度上如何去激发学生的兴趣。如：他们上课时会有一个有趣情境话剧环节，这个环节通过一些简单的表演形式自然而然激发学生说英语，我们既玩得乐在其中，又掌握了一些外教教学的基本技能;另一方面又促使我们重视培养和保持学生对这门学科的兴趣，获得事半功倍的作用。

二、赏识学生，增强学生学习的自信心。

还记得上第一节课时，我有些紧xxx，毕业两年了，面对外教全英式的授课，总感觉听得应接不暇，因此很害怕外教提问到我。越是紧xxx害怕被提问就偏偏降临到我身上。于是我的心直砰砰砰的跳个不停，我怕开口说英语时语法有错，害怕语音不准，怕外籍老师会听不懂，怕同行们的笑话……。但这一切都只是我的担心而已。虽说我回答得不是很流畅，发音也不见得很地道但外籍教师还夸奖我。我真的很感谢她，是她给我的英语口语练习一个良好的开端，我再也不担心在口语课上说英语了，甚至还可以积极去参与了。即使说错了也不怕会有人笑话，发音不准也不怕会被外教责备。外教总是会耐心的听，细心的引导。因此，在上口语课时我不再有顾虑，能说即说。

三、树立个人魅力让课堂“活”起来。

在这次培训中，让我看到了有别于传统的英语教学模式课堂教学，了解到了最新的英语课程改革理念。树立个人魅力让学生迷恋你的课堂。这次培训中的外教老师Ruthie，她是一位及其有魅力的外教，她的肢体语言魅力能让整个课堂都沸腾。在她的课堂中每学到一个新知识点甚至是一个新单词她都有她特有的肢体语言吸引着你，丰富的肢体语言让整堂课“活”起来，她全身心的拖入教学令我们特别感动，且自然的把我们也融入课堂。甚至于有时候会迷恋上她的课，这就是她的魅力所在。话说如此，她的课堂如此充满魅力，想必课前她付出了多少精力来备课，才能有如此精彩的课堂教学。

四、精心备课，让每个环节都吸引学生的眼球。

三位外教老师给我的最深印象便是她们对工作认真负责的态度，就如我们的外教Sue来说，她的语音课，每一堂课她都有自己精心设计的教具来辅助教学。培训四个周我们学会了背诵一百六十九个语音发音规律，分别有十六个chart。每一个chart 外教Sue都自己一xxx一xxx的自己制作，有时甚至到深夜依然会看到她在写字的身影。语音课仅仅是让学生学会背诵这些死板的发音规律，但是在她精心备课下，她的课堂每个环节都吸引着我，在枯燥无味的语音课中不仅仅让学生一味的读，甚至可以伴有唱歌及游戏的环节。我们在游戏中很快学会背诵及运用这死板的语音发音规律，这就是她课堂的独特所在。

五、营造英语环境，培养英语思维。

培训这段期间教师们给我们营造一个纯英语的学习环境，培养我们的英文惯性思维能力，我们在课堂上只讲英语，每天都在一个全英文的环境中实践与提高，这样大脑每天不断在接受纯正、地道的英语的冲击，再加上外教的耐心的指导，这样正宗的英语思维习惯就渐渐形成了。

经过这一段时间的学习，我感觉自己收获很多。不仅学到了地道的美式音标，掌握了一些教育教学方法，还深深的感受到了外籍教师们的教学魅力。今后我会把学到的运用到教学当中去，努力开拓进取，不断创新，为我们农村英语教学作出应有的贡献。

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during my summer are both seventy years old and live in the country happily.

Summer view of the countryside is very beautiful. i can do many interesting things there. i am used to getting up early in the morning, breathing the fresh air,listening to the birds singing, and enjoying the green trees, red flowers and the river. i like fishing with my friends.

When night comes, i sit under the tree with my grandma, listening to her telling me many funny stories. and i tell her some new things happening in the city. when i have to go back,i am always reluctant to go.

I really feel happy living in the country.

暑假期间我经常去看望我的爷爷奶奶。他们都七十岁，幸福地生活在乡下。

乡村的夏日景色很美。我可以在那里做很多有趣的事情。我习惯于早起，呼吸新鲜空气，听鸟唱歌，享受绿色的`树木，红色的花朵和河流。我喜欢和朋友们钓鱼。

当夜晚来临的时候，我和奶奶坐在树下，听她讲许多有趣的故事。我告诉她一些新的事情发生在城市。当我不得不回去的时候，我总是不愿意去。

住在乡下我真的很开心。
