单位之间发函的格式（公函）格式如下：

1. 题头:关于×××的函，格式:黑体/加粗/三号以上。

⒉对方机构全称,如:市政园林局、文化局、广州大学，不要加“致”“你好”之类字眼。

3. 正文：语言简洁，表达清晰，用词应站在协会的角度撰写，避免歧义、错别字及语法错误。内容包括：目的、用途、时效、需对方提供的协助内容、保证（可有可无）。最后“望贵单位给予支持（为盼）”

4. 结尾：广州青年志愿者协会属团市委，为市属单位，如对方同为市属单位，即同级，不需要“此致敬礼”或祝福语。如为有隶属关系的上级，要写“此致敬礼”。

5. 落款：广州青年志愿者协会，右对齐，另起行注明时间，格式：2008年7月1日，不采用其他日期格式。

6. 联系人：居中，加括号，仅需提供姓名和电话，如有2位以上联系人应以空格分开，如：（联系人：A君 论坛论坛** B君 论坛论坛**），无需加职称、职务等，尽量写本队负责人，不要写协会的联系方式。
