今年寒假我有幸到我们市一中实习，也就是我的高中，我的母校。虽然这个假期没有好好的休息，但是就业的压力使我知道这个寒假也是一个很好的接触社会，检验自己所学知识的机会。通过这7天的实习，我深深体会到了将理论与实践结合起来的不易，也通过这7天的努力，使我熟悉了从事教师行业的不易，这7 天的代班老师工作，为我今后真正踏入工作岗位积累了一定的实践经验。对于自己的母校可以说是再熟悉不过。来自己的母校实习，也是别有一番意义的。回学校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校2年来的进进出出，看到学校的操场，体育馆甚至教室，过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋。

第一天的时候，我跟着班主任李老师熟悉了一下学校目前的情况，以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项。我们原来的英语老师王老师，教学经验十分丰富，目前担任高二组的组长，因为她是我原来的老师，所以我有幸在她所带的班级实习，王老师向我简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况。第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对 60多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。

听课实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。王老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，又开始听她讲课，很有亲切感，再次听她的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整一个章节课的完整过程，每个部分都有不同的上课形式，都是值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练习加深印象。对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们外国语学院的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们外国语学院一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。

做任何事都要有一定的积累，拥有了5天的听课的经历，我也是积累了一些小小的经验。由于也是刚离开高中不久，年龄和那些学生们也没有差多少，我很快和他们打成了一片，于是老师终于同意我讲一节课。说到讲课，我还真是有点紧张，因为长这么大，一直都是听别人讲课给我听，唯一的讲课经历还是在上精读课的时候得到的任务，但是也只有短短的10分钟而已，而且面对的还只是自己的同学和老师，还真是一下子有点摸不着头脑。但是要拥有勤学好问的精神吗!于是我在讲课的前一天和老师进行了认真的讨论，老师给了我很多的指导。我还打电话给我学师范的同学，向他们咨询了一些在课堂上应该注意的事项。做完了这些，我还在晚上的时候反复的备了备课，把我所能想到的问题都写在本子上，并且一一找到了解决方法。第二天上台讲课的时候，还是很紧张，我深深地吸了口气，走上了讲台。为了放松我的紧张情绪，我先借用小沈阳的经典台词，“大家好，我的中文名叫~~~，我的英文名叫~~~，为了给大家讲课，我啪啪的就来了，能给大家讲课，我啪啪的老高兴了。”惹得同学们都开心的大笑，也集中了同学们的注意力，同时也放松了我的情绪。正式讲课的时候克服了自己平时很多小毛病，可能是准备的比较充分的原因吧，无论从讲课的节奏，内容安排，还是对学生们问题的回答，我都做得还可以。一堂课讲下来，发现自己真的喜欢上了当老师的感觉。走下讲台，老师对我的表现做了充分的肯定，并指出了我在口语上，还存在一定的问题，要我多加练习，我都好好的记下了。而学生对我的课也有很好的反映。对于自己第一次当老师的经历，真的是很高兴的!

以上是我的实习报告，通过在寒假的这段实习生活，让我得到了很多感触。首先让我实践了教师这个职业的工作，锻炼了我的表达能力，交往能力以及口语表达。这些收获将影响我以后的学习生活，并对以后的工作产生积极影响，我相信这些实践中的收获是在课堂上学习不到的，而且会让我受用一生。7天的实习，说长不长，说短也短，而学到的东西却很多。也充分检验了自己的学习成果，认识到自己的不足，比如口语表达还有待提高，让我认识到自己要是工作了，所存在的差距，并在以后的学习中，完善自己，学以致用!

通过本次为期十五天的实习，让我真正的感觉到了商务英语笔译的难度和责任，我们作为刚刚起步的初学者距离合格的笔译者还有相当大的一段距离，需要学的东西和知识还有很多，尤其是专业知识的欠缺，动手能力的不足等等，我也明白这些不是一天两天就能弥补的，但是我相信只要通过我不懈的努力是可以不断缩小差距的，我坚信自己能做到这些。

人们常说：大学是个象牙塔。确实学校，学习与工作，学生与员工之间存在着巨大的差距。但这次实习确实也为我们提供不少学习与了解真正笔译者的机会，让我们在脑子里对商务英语笔译有个很清晰的概念，再加上以后我们的工作经验，定能在这条道路上创出一片天地，能在这条道路上走的更远！

Definitely, the over 10 days’ internship improves my translation skill greatly and familiarize me with the materials about the company’s association articles, regulations, etc. In addition, I get to know what documents shall be presented to the immigrant bureau.

6. Difficulties Encountered

During that period, I inevitably encountered a lot of difficulties but luckily within my management. For the technical terms, I always turn to the internet for help. For the figures, especially those over millions or billions, I ask myself to hold my breath and be patient. Many words are found hard to express although they are with highly frequent use in Chinese. Therefore I should often refer to the internet where it may give a clue.

7. My Shortcomings

Figures are always my headache. I will be at sea and lose my thought when facing a large number of figures. Sometime they wander my mind, daze me and even mess up if I am not careful enough. But numbers or figures does matter in every aspect which even a slight mistake will make a big difference and bring into great trouble.

一、实习岗位

这次实习我主要负责的是翻译工作。第一次走进办公室，一切都是那么陌生，所有的工作人员都各自忙着，仿佛没有人注意到我，这让我本来激动的心情多了一些慌乱。在这里我要特别感谢主任，是他把我介绍给其它的同事认识，还告诉其他同事要在工作上对我多提醒照顾。慢慢的我也不在只是闷着头做，遇到疑难的问题就请教领导与同事，我觉得自己开始融入这个集体了。

二、实习内容

在熟悉资料与业务时，我不止一次的幻想着公司忽然有英文的文件需要翻译，让我应用在学校学到的知识解决这个问题。但当幻想成为现实的时候，我却慌了阵脚。因为文件涉及的机械零部件，加工工艺等专有名词是我在课堂上根本没有涉及到的。我只有打开电脑利用金山词霸一个个的查。这时候觉得工作原来并不想自己想的那样简单，所以在以后的工作中就更应该小心谨慎了。

虽然倍加小心，但是工作不像考试，考试只需要短时间的精力集中，而工作却是长期的。这样下来，也难免会出错。其中就出现了一次小错误，最后还是领导觉得数目不对，向我指出了这个问题。当得知自已的错误时，我为自己的自作聪明感到十分羞愧。好在问题发现的及时，避免了合作双方的误会，这也提醒我在遇到不懂的问题时一定要虚心求教。

学校的翻译课时短，有时一周两节，一节课也才两个小时，而且老师一般只要求我们翻译一些短的文章，可是由于工作要求，单位与其他公司的有些邮件就会很长的篇幅而且时间要求很近，而且由于自己不熟悉机械方面的相关知识，这时候为了保证质量，我就主动把工作带回家去做。为了避免延误工作，我决定努力接触公司产品的生产流程，记住零部件的名称和各种加工工艺的表达方式。除了现在每天都在做的邮件翻译以及文件整理工作，单位还要求我口语上要过关以应付出国和接待老外来访的需求，这就要求我更加努力的增强自身的知识水平，在做好日常工作的同时更要不断的提升自己。虽然在学校接受过口译的教程，也大体了解一些要求与规则，但是练习也只限于同学之间。而且因为工作环境的问题，平日里很少接触英语的听说，这就要求我必须保持清醒的认识，不能贪图安逸混日子，还要创造机会进一步学习。路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。相信经过一定的锻炼与不懈的学习，我一定能尽快胜任翻译一职。

在实习之前，同学们对实习充满了这样那样的猜想，但大家肯定都没有猜到实际的情况，社会上的复杂性真的给我们这些在校的大学生好好的上了一课。在实习刚开始的时候，同学们多少的有点不适应，心理有些波动，我觉得这都是非常正常的现象，因为大多数同学都没有这种实践的经历，突然间干些重活累活是有些吃不消，好在同学们都在积极的调整大家都很快的适应了岗位。

在实习过程中，同学们表现出了吃苦耐劳的精神，表现出了集体主义精神，在工作过程中大家都表现出良好的职业道德，在与员工的交往中大家都表现得非常热情，结交了好多的朋友。这次实习中最让我感到高兴的事就是增进了同学们之间的距离，加强了班级的凝聚力，大家在一起不再像是以前那种死气沉沉的感觉了而是有说有笑非常的热闹，有什么事情大家一起解决，谁需要帮助大家都积极的向前。

实习过程中正是有了同学们的陪伴才把枯燥的工作变得有了色彩。其实实习是每个大学生必须拥有一段经历，是从青葱校园走向繁复社会的一个过渡，它会教给我很多在校园里面无法从书本中学习的知识，也是我成长过程的一个重要阶段。

通过这次实习，让我比较全面地了解了酒店的组织架构和经营业务，接触了形形色色的客人，同时还结识了很好的同事和朋友，他们让我更深刻地了解了社会，他们拓宽了我的视野，也教会了我如何去适应社会融入社会。

一、实习目的：

通过本次实习使我能够从理论回到实践，更好的实现理论和实践的结合，为以后的工作和学习奠定初步的知识，使我能够亲身感受到由一个学生转变到一个职业商务英语笔译工的过程。

二、实习地点：xxxx影像中心

由于这家影像中心新近了两台机器，一台是xxx牌型号xxx的冲卷机，另一台是型号xxx的冲纸机，而且这两台机器都是日本进口的，使用说明书只有日文和英文版的，所以我的工作很明显，就是把英文版的说明书翻译成中文。

翻译工作远比我想像的要难，因为本身我不是英语专业的，说明书是图文并貌，里面有大量的专有名词，我的电子词典都不够用了，每天在店里我都与英语词典形影不离，很庆幸把它从学校带回了家。

在闲暇时候我也不闲着，虚心请教店里的师傅，学习一些用photoshop修改图片的知识，例如，如何改红眼、如何给照片整体和局域加亮等方法。经过一段时间的学习，我也可以帮助店里修改数码相片了，而且很有效率。

其实人生充满了机遇和挑战。在影像中心实习期间我也遇到了很多困难，有时真的对琐碎重复的工作感到厌倦，一翻英文词典就感到头疼。不过我通过一段时间的摸索，总结出了摆正心态的重要性，冷静分析，从自身查找原因，采取有效措施克服工作中的毛病，时刻保持自信和乐观的态度。渐渐地我开始熟悉我的工作，而且越干越有章法，翻译的效率和准确性也有明显提高。最后，我用了15天左右的时间完成了三本说明书近450多页的翻译工作，影像中心的老板对我的工作也是非常满意。

三、实习内容

20xx年6月中下旬开始在本校内为期2个星期左右的商务英语笔译的实习，起初我对笔译还不是太了解，选择笔译是基于我对笔译工作的特别爱好。商务英语笔译是一项需要耐心和精力的工作，它是以商务方面的资料为依据，要求翻译者对其进行全面，准确，快速的翻译，语言要表达准确，意思清晰。由于商务英语笔译的翻译材料大部分都是非文学的，例如合同，客户资料，商业等专业性文件，所以它的要求就更为严格，苛刻，同时又必须符合“信，达，雅”的原则，难度相当的大，其中要用到大量的专业术语，范围不仅仅包括我们平时上课时所认识的，的需要我们通过各种可行的渠道去查阅，具有很强的专业性。这就要求我们在翻译时要严谨，不能给读者以错觉。

开始实习之前，我多少有些心虚。因为我的许多朋友都有过假期打工的经历。而作为一名英语专业的学生，这次的实习却是我的第一次工作经历。从工作那天开始，我过着与以往完全不一样的生活，每天在规定的时间上下班，上班期间要认真准时地完成自己的工作任务，不能草率敷衍了事，我们肩上扛着的责任，不再只是对自己了，而是对一个公司，所以凡是都要小心谨慎。

学校换成了公司，同学换成了同事，不再有自由支配的时间，一切来得那么无情，但是去必须适应。其实我的工作就是、做些翻译、收发信函、报价、传真和邮件、绘制表格等。每天重复着这些烦琐的工作，时间久了容易厌倦，但是工作烦琐也不能马虎，一个小小的错误不但会给自己带来麻烦，更会给公司带来巨大的损失，而像公司的业务员每天都得到处奔波，他们必须具备坚韧不拔的个性，遭遇挫折时绝不能就此放弃，犯错时遭到领导责骂还不能赌气就此辞职，每次看到他们我就会充满干劲。

一、实习感悟

我最大的感悟就是真诚所至，金石为开。不管多难做，做好自己的那一份，总有一天会有收获，只是时间的问题。但如果你不去做，这一天永远不会像天上掉馅饼那样到来。

另外，人际关系的处理也很关键，虽说在工作中能力必须有，但如果没有同事的合作与包容，你可能什么都做不了。以前可能是因为电视剧看的太多的原因，我总是感觉职场上充满了明争暗斗，要处事圆滑甚至耍些小聪明才能生存。但在与同事相处的过程中，我觉得更重要的是放大别人的优点，缩小别人的缺点。多站在别人的立场上想问题。。

还有就是坚持的重要性。实习中有自己的感悟。我觉得，整个人生有因就有果。只有做好身边的每一件小事，才能得到所谓的善果。针对大学生眼高手低的特点更应重视坚持的重要性。也许我们所不在意的一件小事，就是我们的一个机会。要想长成参天大树就要靠坚持靠积累。

针对助理的职业特点，具体遇到挫折时不妨从调整心态来疏解压力，并进行冷静复习，从客观、主观、目标、环境、条件等方面找出受挫的原因，总之，通过这些感悟，我不仅明了我会在以后的工作中做得更好，更会学会珍惜，珍惜父母的每一分辛苦转赚来的钱，珍惜每一次工作机会，因为懂得了它们的重要性，以后我会更加珍惜。

二、实习总结

首先，是建议方面的。希望以后学校可以增加实践环节以增加学生们的工作能力，并以社会需求为导向调整课程设置，毕竟，我们改变不了招聘条件，职能使自己成为人才，这就要求学校加大教学改革力度以适应社会需求。

其次，是我在本次实习表现的总结。通过这次实习，我收获了工作和为人处事方面的经验，但是也有一些遗憾，也许因为实习日子短的关系，我对助理工作的认识还仅仅停留在表面，未能具体处理全部工作，虽然有了一定的理论上的认识但仍缺乏实践。针对以上总结，在今后的学习和工作中我要做到以下五点：

其一是加强英语的学习。对于助理这一职务虽然频繁的应用英语，但作为自己的专业却可以成为我的优势。可是，在实习的过程中这个优势却并不怎么突出，这是由于我对英语还处于会而不精的原因。所以，在以后的学习中我要通过扩大词汇量和增大阅读面来提高自己的英语水平，使自己的优势更加突出。

其二是加强沟通能力。通过实习，我发现，专业知识固然重要，但良好的沟通能力是让别人发现自己能力的前提，对于助理这个职位来说，沟通能力更是包括了一个人从穿衣打扮到言谈举止等一切行为的能力。通过在日后的交际中来提高我的沟通能力一定会在我以后找工作的过程中起到事半功倍的作用。

一、实习过程

这次实习我主要负责的是办公室文秘的工作。第一次走进办公室，一切都是那么陌生，所有的工作人员都各自忙着，仿佛没有人注意到我，这让我本来激动的心情多了一些慌乱。这个时候我想起了在学校时老师对我我们说的一句话，人的适应能力是无穷的。于是我深深的吸了一口气准备迎接接下来的一个个挑战。

说是文秘，其实我主要负责的就是打打文件，接接电话。多亏以前的练习，我的打字技术和质量足以应付领导交给我的任务。虽然只是坐了一天，但我还是感觉挺累的，再加上宿舍的简陋条件，生活真是给我上了意义非凡的一课，以前家长跟我们说一千遍挣钱多不容易，不如我亲身经历一天的感悟。

刚开始的几天就这么不咸不淡的过去了。在学校学到的东西并没用到多少，同事们也因为彼此工作没有交集依然十分陌生。只是见面打招呼的交情。看着他们整天忙碌着，闲暇之余彼此开开玩笑，觉得他们真的是一个集体，而我却像个局外人般悠闲。我想我不能再这样下去，于是，在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些计算机方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，以丰富自己的能力。

但这样下去也不是办法，复印、传真、等文秘工作我都还没有掌握。终于有一天我鼓起勇气向一名看起来很面善的年轻女同事请教了这方面的内容。没想到她不仅告诉了我发传真的方法还跟我说理很多文秘需要注意的事项。她告诉我文秘必须态度认真，细心，不能疏忽大意，不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文，就要保证文件的质量，用词要准确，材料要真实，抄写要认真，校对要仔细，力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会耽误工作，甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。最后为了让我掌握发传真的方法她又交给我一份需要发的传真让我练习。回到自己的座位上我一边体会着同事跟我说的话，一边发传真，当听到传真发送成功后的“嘟嘟”声，我便又小小地得意一番，虽然很傻，但至少又学会了一项办公器材的用法。

在这里我要特别感谢这位前辈，她不仅教给了我很多有用的东西，还把我介绍给其它的同事认识，以帮助我提高工作方面的能力。慢慢的我也不在只是闷着头做，遇到疑难的问题就请教这些前辈们，我觉得自己开始融入这个集体了。

在做打字发传真等枯燥工作的时候，我不止一次的幻想着公司忽然有英文的文件需要翻译，在大家焦头烂额，手足无措的时候，我镇定的走出来然后利用在学校学到的知识解决这个棘手的问题。但当幻想成为现实的时候，我却慌了阵脚。因为文件涉及的化学产品，金属元素等专有名词我连读都有困难更不用说翻译了。我只有达开电脑利用金山词霸一个个的查。即使这样还经常是单词的意思查到了却连不成句。仅仅四页纸我翻译了一天半。

最令我没有想到的是，我在大二学的国际贸易实务的通选课竟然在我阅读合同等文件时帮了我很大的忙，也节省了我不少时间。那些时常出现的诸如 fob、cif之类的贸易术语都是我们课上最主要的内容。在学习的时候只是单纯的背过，并没有真正了解它们的含义。例如合同，它是履行的依据，是成立的条件，品质、品名、数量、包装、价格、保险等条款缺一不可。因为涉及双方的利益，而商家又以追求最大利润为目标，所以划分的越详细，责任也就越明确，也就可以避免一些不必要的纠纷。可见做生意来不得半点马虎。

实习的另一个关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。以前老听哥哥姐姐们念叨还是在学校好，当时还特幼稚的想，学校有老师管着有什么好的啊!现在才看请其实到那里都有人管。在学校可以没心没肺的开玩笑，但走上工作岗位之后，说话做事都要谨慎，要有技巧。像我这样毫无社会经验的黄毛丫头，说话做事毫无技术含量，所以最好还是少说多做。

通过两星期的实习，我对复印、传真、公文处理等文秘工作都基本熟练。在领到实习工资的那一刹那，我真的有种激动和不安的感觉。那是自己辛辛苦苦工作换来的。多少天的困难和疲惫总算有收获。但更重要的是，我拥有了一笔丰富的经验财富，

二、实习感悟

还有我更清楚的看清了自己的不足，除去能力上的不足，我更想说的是心理的不足，这大概是大学生的通病，眼高手低。虽然我所做的不过是一份打杂的工作，更像是文秘助理，但如果我不做，在我后面有很多人等着接替我的职位。职位带给你的面子，工资带给你的生活质量都不能是你择业的首要根据。一个人对工作的态度决定了一个人能否找到工作，并且也决定了一个人能否做好工作。如果一个人眼光总是太高，可能永远也无法找到一份令自己满意的工作;相反地，如果一个人能够从自身实际出发，善于把握眼前的工作机会，并愿意为之付出，那么最后一定会取得工作上的成功。

英语是一门国际语言,几乎全世界所有的人都在学习它。学习英语已成为一个在父母之间谈论的热点话题。作为一个英语老师,教好英语是我们的责任。在当今社会,英语的教学方式明显不同于以前。英语教学不仅仅是把书本上的内容交给学生，老师还应该根据自己班学生的性格特点而改变教学方法。创造最适合学生的课堂氛围，使英语教学变得更加轻松。 在实习期间我遇到了许多英语教学方面的问题，针对这些出现的问题并结合我自己的教学实践经验，提出了一些解决的办法。在论文中我从课堂教学重点、课堂设计、课堂管理等几个方面谈谈英语教学中遇到的问题和我自己的看法。

Abstract

English is an international language and almost all the people around the world are learning it. English learning has become a hot topic among parents. As English teachers, it’s our duty to teach English well. In today’s society, the ways of English teaching are quite different from those previously. The aim of English teaching is not only to teach the content of the textbook to the students, but also change the teaching methods according to the characteristic of students. We had better create the most suitable classroom atmosphere for students and make English teaching much easier.

在实习的过程中常常出现翻译质量不合格的问题，这些对我们初步介入笔译领域的初学者是司空见惯的，没必要害怕，但同时是必须要引起我们的重视的，所谓熟能生巧，这个工作就更要求我们不断的进行练习，不断的进行知识积累。这次实习对我们来说就是一个十分难得的机会，辅导老师也是希望我们能有更多的机会去接触并练习商务英语笔译，这些都有助于我们提高翻译水平和翻译质量。众所周知，商务英语笔译是很枯燥无味的工作，大部分的时间我们都是花在了凳子上，但是这同时也是对我们的一种挑战，能锻炼人的毅力。短短的x周实习时间，虽然短暂，但是对我们来说是尤为重要的，要好好的利用这次机会，认真的完成辅导老师给我们的练习和作业，不断的对我们的翻译能力和思维进行锻炼，严格要求自己，正所谓”不积硅步无以至千里“。对于合同翻译中的问题要弄个彻彻底底的明白，对于翻译的质量要精益求精，努力克服自己的不足，尽的努力积累经验，为以后的毕业工作打下坚实的基础。

通过本次为期x个月的实习，让我真正的感觉到了商务英语笔译的难度和责任，我们作为刚刚起步的初学者距离合格的笔译者还有相当大的一段距离，需要学的东西和知识还有很多，尤其是专业知识的欠缺，动手能力的不足等等，我也明白这些不是一天两天就能弥补的，但是我相信只要通过我不懈的努力是可以不断缩小差距的，我坚信自己能做到这些。

人们常说：大学是个象牙塔。确实学校，学习与工作，学生与员工之间存在着巨大的差距。但这次实习确实也为我们提供不少学习与了解真正笔译者的机会，让我们在脑子里对商务英语笔译有个很清晰的概念，再加上以后我们的工作经验，定能在这条道路上创出一片天地，能在这条道路上走的更远！

由于慷辉国际旅行社总部设在二楼，且下设很多部门，每当客人来公司时，一般都直接到各部门。客人对公司一印象非常重要，怎样给客人美好的第一印象呢?首先必须面带微笑，让客人觉得有一种亲切的感觉；其次是在做介绍线路时要时刻以客人的立场上出发，投其所好；最后是对于外出游玩的介绍上，要及时向客人说明当地的消费情况、风俗情况、注意事项等。

还有一天，有个中年女人挎个包来到了我们部门(公民旅游中心)，恰巧王经理不在，我热情的向她打招呼，然后给她倒了杯水。然后我问明来意，原来她是某学校的李会计，由于学校要出游，她是来交团款的。我马上给经理打了电话。然后告诉李姐，说经理马上来。可没有想到，经理很久没来，屋子里实在太安静了，我鼓足勇气，开口说话。首先，说了下天气，然后又转到出游，然后又是化妆品，在我觉得快没什么话的时候，经理终于回来了。晚上回学校，我仔细想了下，觉得和别人沟通原来并不困难。

产品线路安排实习

我是个刚到人家部门的学生，开始，对线路的安排工作，部门经理并不让我参与，只是让我慢慢看别人怎么做的，在经过两天的学习后，我对产品线路安排工作已经了解的几乎差不多了。产品对于一个公司的存活起关键性作用。旅游线路就是一种旅游产品，由于旅游产品容易被别人抄袭。我发现旅游企业一般不把线路安排透露给同业竞争对手。对于线路安排要注意的问题有下面几点：首先，要遵从客人要求，按照客人要求安排线路，诸如一些忌口忌讳的事情要提前向客人询问。其次要注意时间紧凑，让客人在合理的时间以及金钱内游览完他们想游览的地方。再次是线路安排人员要对地理知识相当了解，并用合适、优美的语言把线路向游客描述出来。最后，也是最重要的一点，那就是合理。在这里合理的含义是指合情合理。

导游员职责实习

我只考下来导游资格证，所以在旅游企业出去带团的机会并不大。但我还是进行了导游员的职责实习。

1、担任全陪工作的导游人员的主要职责是：

(1)实施旅行社的接待计划，监督各地接待单位的执行情况和接待质量；

(2)协调领队、地陪、司机等各方面接待人员加强合作，做好旅行各站的衔接工作；

(3)配合、督促地方接待单位安排好旅游者的食、宿、交通和参观、游览活动，照顾好客人的生活起居；

(4)维护旅游者的人身和财物安全，处理好各类突发事件，并能提供与之相关的延伸服务；

(5)耐心解答旅游者提出的问题；

(6)反映旅游者的意见和要求，开展市场调研工作，协助开发、设计新的旅游产品。

转眼间，三年大学生活已经接近尾声，毕业的钟声将要敲响。将课堂所学知识运用于实践成为毕业生们必经的道路。带着老师的忠告，2018年10月15日我有幸来到合肥华胜泡沫包装有限公司行政办公室实习。合肥华胜包装有限公司始建于1994年，注册资金达到500万，占地面积16000平方米，年产值可达3000万。是生产聚苯乙烯泡沫定型产品和泡沫板材的专业生产厂家。

目前这家公司已经拥有员工100多人，采用先进的大规模生产设备，这家公司自成立以来始终致力于聚苯乙烯泡沫的推广，拥有各式成型机，可以满足不同客户的要求。这家公司主要生产各种电动车电池，酒水食品，海鲜类保险箱，医用针剂，机械零件等各种包装。这家公司还生产不同尺寸规格，不同密度的泡沫板材。而且还可以根据客户要求，大小厚薄任意切割。

纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行。在短暂的实习过程中，我深深的感觉到自己所学知识的肤浅和在实际运用中的专业知识的匮乏。刚开始的一段时间里，对一些工作感到无从下手，茫然不知所措，上班第一天领导就派给我个师父，让他对我的实习进行全程指导。刚上班时让我熟悉公司生产已经销售的流程，暂时没有分配什么工作给我。而我身为一个文员实习者，首先接触的`应该是如何融入工作，该公司处理基本工作业务的流程是。

刚开始进行的是完成培训的工作。由于感觉和专业不怎么对口，所以对于培训便没有在意，总以为这些工作很简单，但是这种浮躁的态度让我忽视了实习的目的——接触和融入社会，以至于后来考核时有点手足无措。虽说发博客和论坛看上去有点象小学生都会做的事，可重复量如此大的工作如果没有一定的耐心和细心是很难胜任的。

从此以后，我每天埋头于博客和论坛中了。平时与同事相处中，虽然年龄差距大，好在有师傅温和地指导，我发觉和各位长辈们相处也并不是很难，他们善于处事，有很大的包容心，我也慢慢融入这个大家庭，这得感谢给位前辈的淳淳教育。

This is a speech about practice report， in the first place I want to share with you about my work experience。

In the first summer vacation in the college， I changed 3 part—time jobs。 The first one was waiter； the second one was teaching assistant in Talking Time Language Village （TTLV）； the third one was interpreter in a Highway Service Station。 Maybe you will ask me how can you get 3 part—time jobs and why do you want to change it？ Actually this is a good question。 Here are 3 reasons： first I want to speak English，second I want to practice English， third I want to use English。 This was also the main reason I quitted the first one job waiter。 Then I searched TTLV online and I attended the interview and passed the teaching test。 Everything seems went smoothly， I started to work there in a few days later。 I was a teaching assistant there， I was in charge of 8 students in my class and I assisted the foreign teacher to interpret for the students during the class。 I work there for 20 days then I left because of Olympic Games in China。 So I lost， that seems God always take good care of me， one of my supervisor in TTLV recommended a good job to me after I lost a few days， that was my third job in that vacation。 I was an interpreter and I was in charge of communication with foreign friends there。 I worked there for 30 days， I got 1500RMB which was my first time to earn so much money by myself in my lifetime。

In the following winter vacation I went back to TTLV。 I was in the same position there， but different students and different teachers， so I made new friends， I got along with my foreign teachers and I improved my English a lot， especially， Brad who is an American， so well we got along with each other that he went back to my hometown with me to celebrate Spring Festival with my family， he spent 3 days with my family of course I was the only interpreter between my family and Brad。

In this summer vacation， Customized English Services which is a new comprehensive English service in Shijiazhuang was founded by Brad。 I was lucky to be selected by him。 Now I am working with him to assist him to do office work and establish business relationship with new clients。

Above all， I mentioned so much work experience of mine， almost are related to English， if I don’t know English， if I don’t speak， practice， and speak English I have nothing。 Actually I am not the best one among you， some of you are better than me， but you need to stand out to show yourself。 If you have no chance， make it； if you have a small chance， grab it and make it bigger and bigger。

English is an language it is a tool used by human， so let us be master of English let English be our servant。 We need to take advantage of English， nor does let English take advantage of you。 Before I end my speech I wish everybody be the master of English and your life， find a decent job with English in the future。 Thank you！

行业优势和劣势

生产电子产品的公司越来越多，但我们公司大多数是生产无线鼠标和数码照相机的外形以及它的组装。无线鼠标的抗干扰能力强，鼠标使用起来非常稳定，所使用材料的成本也比较低，但是公司每年的年终盘点出来的报废量也相当大，比较缺乏印刷，喷漆，组装等方面的技术人员。

3.实习内容及过程

实习，顾名思义，在实践中学习，在经过一段时间的学习之后，或者说当学习告一段落之后，我们需要了解自己的所学需要以及应当如何应用在事件中。因为任何知识都是来源于实践，归于实践，所以要付诸实践来检验所学。刚结束的这段实习时间可以说是我大学三年来最辛苦也是最充实的一段时间。辛苦是因为踏上工作岗位，有太多的不适应；而充实则是相对于我学到了在学校里面无法学到的知识和技能，对我各方面都是一大提高。同时实习也给我代理来一定的工作经验，为将来找一份好工作打下扎实的基础。踏入社会才知自己的前景是多么的迷茫与不安，从学校到社会的大环境的转变，身边接触的人也完全换了角色，老师成了老板，同学变成同事，相处之道完全不同。在这巨大的转变中，我感到了彷徨，迷茫，无法马上适应新的环境。看不惯企业之间残酷的竞争，无法忍受同事之间漠不关心以及嘲讽的眼神和言语，就像有些资历比较老的员工在我们这些员工刚进去的时候总是欺负我们新进员工，把一些跑腿的工作总是推给我们。常言道：工作一两年胜过十多年的读书。三个月的实习时间虽然不长，但是我从中学到了很多知识，关于做人，做事，做学问。但让我感受最深的却是，有时候自己会在无形中被社会所改变，有些事情我们无法改变，只能顺从。社会这个染缸造就了多重性格的我们......

我是一名商务英语专业的学生。在即将毕业的这几个月里，我主要负责的工作内容是物料课办公室文员。在这一过程中，我采用了看、问、学等方式，初步了解了公司文员工作中的具体业务知识，拓展了所学的专业知识，为以后正常工作的展开奠定了坚实的基础。从个人发展方面说，对我影响最大的应该是作为一个社会人工作作风以及在工作过程中专业知识对工作的重要作用，因为这些都是我在校学习中不曾接触过的方面，所以我将在报告中首先讲述我在实习期间积累的这方面的认识和经验。

这是我第一次正式与社会接轨踏上工作岗位，开始了与以往完全不一样的生活可以说得上是完全的不习惯，每天都是按规定的时间打卡上班下班，上班期间要认真谨慎的工作，不能胡乱潦草敷衍了事，要对自己的工作负责，这也是对别人负责的表现。在我们工作的时候，我们的肩头就扛有责任，凡事都要谨慎小心，否则可能随时要因为你犯下的一个小错误而承担后果。

自学能力

在学校的时候，老师总是教育我们：大学不比高中初中，需要老师的管制，大学期间讲究的就是一种自学能力，要学会自觉，凡事要靠自己的独立，到了我自己真正成为一名工作职员的时候才明白老师的良苦用心，由于是文员一职，大部分时间就是接接电话做入库单，然后就是月底盘点的时候工作量稍微大点，有点繁忙。但这些工作几乎和我所学的专业知识毫无关联。刚开始的时候由于是一个新手，做的工作也就仅限于一些简单的，学着发那些加班小时，销售退货报表之类的邮件，打打收料单，粉碎加工单以及销售退货单，但是在我们制作粉碎加工单以及销售退货单的时候，需要注意的地方也有很多，例如仓别代码的选择，一旦选错了，每到月结的时候，财务过来查账就会出大问题。大多数时候还是需要自己去摸索怎样做，师傅不可能整天跟在你的身边教你，尤其在这个信息爆炸的时代，知识更新太快，靠原有的一点知识肯定是不行的的。所以必须在工作中勤于动手慢慢琢磨，不断学习不断积累。遇到不懂的地方，自己先想方设法解决，实在不行可以虚心请教他人，而没有自学能力的人迟早要被企业和社会所淘汰。因此一个人的自学能力也是相当重要的。

工作辛苦

就算再冷再差的天气，只要不是周末，都得去上班，有时候公司业务繁忙，晚上或周末得加班，那留给个人支配的时间更少。我们必须克制自己，不能随心所欲地不想上班就不来，而在学校可以睡睡懒觉，实在不想上课的时候可以逃课，自由许多。每日重复单调繁琐的工作，时间久了容易厌倦。象我就是每天坐着面对着电脑打打字，做做账都显得枯燥乏味。但是工作简单也不能马虎，你一个小小的错误可能会给公司带来巨大的麻烦或损失，还是得认真完成。一直以来，我们都是依靠父母的收入，而有些人则是大手大脚的花钱。也许工作以后，我们才能体会父母挣钱的来之不易。而且要开始有意识地培养自己的理财能力，一不留神可能就入不敷出成为“月光一族”，但此时我们再也不好意思伸手向父母要，因此很多时候我们要合理支配我们手中的这笔少的可怜的钱。

在现在这个社会大多数企业都在使用ERP系统，很多的账务方面的.事情都要用上它，这就和我下面要说的话有很大的关系，每个月都有那么的一个星期会搞的你精神疲惫，身心好累。工作的时候，就拿我第一次搞月底盘点来说吧！

那个时候的我好无助不知道该怎么办，不懂的地方太多了，有时候问师傅很多遍了她也会觉得厌倦不想教我，我本身个人自上学期间以来我的数学一直是很差的，但是月底盘点确是要和众多的数字打交道，每周都要把仓管的账和我的ERP账进行核对是否一致，如若不一致我还要把那些账全部导出来一笔一笔的核对，搞的我看见账目就有点害怕，有时候不一致而我却查不出到底是哪里出了问题，心里好焦急好彷徨，还记得二月份的月底盘点，那天晚上有好多货物的送货单到很晚才送回来，我一个人在办公室搞盘点对账，本来以为会很顺利的可是事情并未如我的愿，在我对账的时候导出的库存出现了大量的负数，他们那些仓管做事又不认真做帐时候因为粗心总是漏做出货帐，搞我大半夜都在核对账目，还有就是有一个账目出问题我一直都找不出原因所在，在那一瞬间我的脑袋蒙了，心里一直在想这下完了，大半夜就算想寻求帮助也没有人可以帮的上我，泪水一直在眼睛打转，好想哭，要是没有把盘点报表弄好到时候财务来查我的账的时候可如何是好啊！有时候在我工作不如意的时候，我好想打退堂鼓想回学校去逃避这些事情，好想就此放弃，放弃与不许放弃这两种思想在我的脑海中互相激战着，心里好矛盾。晚上觉也没有睡好第二天大清早就跑到公司去找懂得人帮忙，后来才知道原来是半成品仓的文员过错了账目，搞的我的账目怎么也核对不上，就在那一夜我真的觉得好累好辛苦。所以我们不管以后做什么事情都要认真仔细，不然你会给别人的工作带啦很多的不便。

交际能力

本来一直以为我和同事们相处应该不会出现什么矛盾，但在工作方面确实不可避免的，尤其是我的那个位子总是要和那五个仓管的账目挂上钩，扯上咯有时候吵架就是不可避免的，大家都认为不是自己的错，有时候真的觉得自己好无奈啊！我本人自认为自己性格是外向型的，喜欢结交朋友，有句话说的好：朋友多了路好走。虽然在工作方面我和同事有点不愉快，但是我们在私下的时候却仍然是亲密无间的好朋友，好同事。人的真实情感往往在离开的时候显现的最突出咯，在我辞职快走的时候，同事们都非常不舍得我离开，希望我不要回学校，一直叮嘱我有空来看他们，当时我的眼泪一直在眼眶打转，毕竟我们相处的时间不长也不短，希望我们以后还有相聚的那么一天。但是我还是和我的一个同事因工作发生了我意想不到的不快，现在想想来真是悔不该当初逞一时的口舌之快，然而当初我也在气头上，我控制不住自己的脾气，虽然我想去和她道歉请求她原谅，但是死要面子的我却放不下自尊去面对，都怪我的冲动，怪自己的鲁莽行事，难怪人家说冲动是魔鬼，只是希望她在以后谅解我，这是我在工作当中最有遗憾的一件事情，当然我觉得自己在以后真的不该那么的冲动，凡事还是要冷静淡定，这是我认为我以后最应该磨练的地方！但愿这件事在以后能够对我起到鞭策作用。与形形色色的人打交道后才真真切切的感到要想很快融入进去真的不是件容易的事。由于存在着竞争与利益关系，又工作繁忙，很多时候同事不会象同学一样对你嘘寒问暖。而有些同事表面笑脸相迎，背地里却勾心斗角不择手段，踩着别人的肩膀不断地往上爬，因此刚出校门的我真的无法适应也不想这么早就看清社会的真相。我想我能做的就是学会察言观色，多工作，少闲话。工作环境环境往往会影响一个人的工作态度。一个齐乐融融的工作环境中，自然心情就好，大家工作就开心咯。

我现在上班近三个月了，在这短短几个多月中，曾有几次想过干完一个月不干了。也许我是刚开始工作，有时受不了课长给的“气”，自己心里很不舒服，就想辞职再重新换个工作得了。但静下心来仔细想想，再换个工作也可能还是是这样的，在别人手底下工作不都是这样么？除非自己以后当老板。刚开始，就应该踏踏实实的干好自己的工作，毕竟又没有工作经验，现在有机会了就要从各方面锻炼自己。不然，想以后干什么都会干不好的。我目前的工作，相比其他人来说待遇挺不错的了，也不是和其他人比，现在熟练了也习惯了，工作起来也就相对不是很难，很容易进入工作，关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。由于经验少，我现在这方面还有欠缺。现在才明白，在校做一名学生，是多么的好啊！早晚要工作，早晚要步入社会，早晚要面对这些避免不了的事。所以，现在我很珍惜学习的机会，多学一点总比没有学的好，花同样的时间，还不如多学，对以后择业会有很大的帮助。有时候和同事们在一起思想多少受他们的影响，觉得读书还真是没用啊，在内心嘲笑自己竟然还不如一个初高中生，不过我还是不后悔。

现在心里上没有什么额外的不必要的压力，可以好好工作，学习。先就业，后择业。我现在要好好锻炼自己。再好好学习，之后相信自己通过努力一定会找个好工作，别的没有什么奢求的，现在当然是要把磨练自己放在第一位，更何况

现在的待遇还不错。在这一个多月中，我学到了一些在学校学不到的东西，即使都明白的事，可是刚开始有时还做不好。现在做事，不仅要持有需心求教的态度，还要懂得取长补短，最重要的一点就是“忍”了也就是坚持不懈。现在，我工作的时间虽然不久，可是我发现自己真的变了点，会比以前为人处事了。

4.实习遇到的问题及解决方法

经过了一段时间的实习和指导老师的指导，我由什么都不会做到现在我学会了不少，我刚刚开始不会自己使用自动、自动化办公设备，而现在我也懂得了自己使用办公设备了，比如：复印机、打印机、打码机、装订机、过塑机等。

（1）复印机

刚开始是不会使用复印机，后来经老师指导和亲自操作多次，现在也可以熟练地使用了，也懂得了在复印时遇到问题应该怎么处理了，如卡纸怎样处理，还有单面和双面复印、放大和缩小、加深和减淡、放纸、换不同型号的纸等一系列的操作也都可以自己完成了。

（2）过塑机

这种设备是比较难用使用的，开始是老师教后来我也能够自己使用了，只是还不太熟练，不过要小心地使用不然就会因为过塑机太热而把要过塑的材料炀坏，记得有一次我把过塑机打开预热然后就整理要过塑的材料，过塑开始是好好的，可是不好和事情发生了我把文件从不同的方向放进过塑机里，可是因太热了文件就焦了，我一时不知所措就把过塑机给关了。叫老师来她说以后不要把东西从不同方向放进去，那样是进退两难就会把文件弄坏的，而且现在机子不能使用了，必须要用酒精清洗过才可以，而且老师说我把过塑胶弄反了才会沾在上面的。她没有骂我一句，我心里好难受我向老师道歉，而她只是叫我以后要小心。这次的错我不会忘记，虽然我错了可是我在这次错中也可以学到一些东西，从那以后我使用过塑机时我总会加倍的小心了，心怕又会出错，使用我次数多了我也学会了怎样使用才可以避免出错使用前要对过塑机预热，使用时要看温度是否太高或太泠否则这样都是不可以的，而过塑机也分为顺转和逆转、过塑和冷藏，太热了就要冷藏或过到一半时太热了要马上冷藏和逆转退出来。不然文件就会被炀坏。

（3）裁纸机

裁纸机也可以称为装订机，因为它不但可以裁纸也可以装订，这个机比较简单易学，没有什么出错，平时也利用它裁纸和装订较厚的档案。

（4）打印机

打印机也是比较容易使用的一种，一般学会怎样放纸、被卡纸时和加纸等问题就可以了。

（5）打码机

打码机是简单但使用起来也是不太容易的，必须要加倍小心才可以不然就会印歪可是用力度不够、手滑了，还会数字模糊不清，还有的是年份的要看好是哪年的，对准位置印，否则就会歪反等，所以通过之次实习我懂得了使用这些办公设备，并且能熟练地使用，也懂得了使用这些设备时应该注意什么问题和在使用前应该做好哪些准备。

签单方面的问题

在我们拿单子给主管经理签的时候，首先要分清楚签单人员的先后顺序，一般是课长—主管—经理。记得刚开始每天去签单的时候总是把先后顺序搞错，弄得比较尴尬，后来就有老师教我怎样去签单，而且去签单之前也要做好一些准备工作，比如签放行条，派车申请单的时候，你就要防备主管问你要出货明细尤其是外厂的，首先就必须知道今天外厂到底出什么货物，是出到哪个客户那里去的？

工作受挫

人生难免会遇到挫折，没有经历过失败的人生不是完整的人生。在文员这个职位上，技术性的劳动并不多，大多是些琐碎重复的工作，因而文员在工作中所会遇到的挫折主要可能发生在：

1、与上司沟通不好；

2、上司给的某份工作感觉吃力，难以胜任；

3、对琐碎重复的工作感到怨烦；

4、与上司发生争执；

5、情感方面。

针对文员这个职位的特点，受到挫折时，不妨从调整心态来舒解压力，面对挫折。古人曾经有云：“天降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，增益其所不能。”遇到挫折时应进行冷静分析，从客观、主观、目标、环境、条件等方面，找出受挫的原因，采取有效的补救措施。树立一个辩证的挫折观，经常保持自信和乐观的态度，要认识到正是挫折和教训才使我们变得聪明和成熟，正是失败本身才最终造就了成功。学会自我宽慰，能容忍挫折，要心怀坦荡，情绪乐观，发奋图强。善于化压力为动力，改变内心的压抑状态，以求身心的轻松，重新争取成功。

5.实习总结

我在实习的过程中，既有收获的喜悦，也有一些遗憾。也许是实习日子短和我并非文秘专业的关系，对文秘有些工作的认识仅仅停留在表面，只是在看人做，听人讲如何做，未能够亲身感受、具体处理一些工作，所以未能领会其精髓。

还有就是我的言语措辞交谈方面欠缺，在和人家客户的采购交谈的时候不知道怎么应答，这需要给以长时间的锻炼，由于年轻气盛，受不了领导的气，做事冲动鲁莽，希望自己以后能够在做事方面慎重考虑，在做决定。

通过在职的三个多月里，我深感自己的不足，我会在以后的工作学习中更加努力，取长补短，需心求教。相信自己会在以后的工作中更加得心应手，表现更加出色！不管是在什么地方。

四、实习内容及过程

在阳朔实习的一周中，我们主要是练习我们的口语，提高我们的英语口语水平及英语口语交际能力。就我个人而言，我学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，受益匪浅，也打开了视野增长了见识，为我以后步入社会打下了坚实的基础。

在老师的指导下，我们去了很多外国人多的地方，主动与外国人交流，练习我们的口语。在阳朔实习的第一天，我们见到了很多外国人，但我们始终不敢主动开口与外国人交流，只是简单的和外国人打一下招呼，说一句“Hello”，“Hi”之类的简单英语。一路上见到很多外国人，我们都很想和他们英语交流，但总是因为害羞，怕被拒绝而没有勇气与他们交流，只是擦肩而过。当然也为自己找了很多理由，比如“人家在走路怎么会有时间和我们说话呢？人家要买东西不喜欢被打扰。人家在看风景，在拍照，在各式各样的理由。幸运的是，当天晚上我们在阳朔桂花路一家餐馆碰到了两个外国男人。他们是两个很帅的外国男人，就坐在我们旁边。这时一个同学提议我们上前与外国人交流，我心想他们要吃饭，不会想与我们交流的。可是他们他们也在干坐着等菜出来，何不趁此机会上前与之交流呢？经过了一番艰辛的思想斗争与内心挣扎之后，我终于鼓足了勇气，迈出了交流的第一步，上前与他们交谈了起来。他们是来自美国的游客，非常的友好与热情。他们在我的实习卡片上留下了他们对我的评价。当时我的心情无比的高兴与激动。

此次在饭店与外国人交流让我在后续与外国人交流的过程中，不再害怕，勇敢地与外国人交流；也让我学会了如何礼貌地与外国人开始交流！更重要的是，我们体验到了用英语与外国人交流的乐趣！

迈出了交流的第一步，后来与外国人的交流也就不难了。当天我们吃完晚饭后去了西街继续找外国人交流。我们在西街走了好一会儿，心里多少有点紧张，不过那时我们的胆子比在饭馆里大多了。于是，我们找到了一个在西街散步的外国男人，并上前与他进行了交流。他是一位法国游客，一个人在街上散步。他和我们一样，把英语作为第二语言学习，因此他也不是很会说英语。有的时候他很难理解我们所说的英语，我们也很难理解他所说的英语。但总的来说，我们通过说英语，运用肢体语言还是能够进行交流。尽管这样，他还是很有耐心地边散步边与我们交流，主动找话题和我们说话！就这样我们在西街及西街附近漫步，交流了一晚上。

因此，我们要大胆的与外国人交流，抓住机会，不要怕被拒绝！

在阳朔实习的第二天，我们与几对外国夫妇及几个外国人进行了交流。第一对外国夫妇来自美国，大概60岁左右，非常的友好与热情！他们说他们很喜欢与人交流，他们的发音很纯正地道，因此我们能够很好地沟通与交流。但在交流中我们只能谈论一些浅显的问题，而无法沉入下去，而且我们总是在重复之前与其他外国人交谈过的问题。当他们谈论到他们在中国去过的地方，对中国的印象，中国的文化时，我们还能够较好的交流下去，不过也无法很深入。但当他们谈论到中国的地理，历史，尤其是美国的地理、文化时，我们就无法很好的沟通与交流了，只好转移话题。在与其他外国人谈论时，我们遇到了类似的问题。

晚上回到旅馆后，我总结了一下当天遇到的问题：

1、我们只能向外国人问一些简单的问题，并且不断在重复着问不同的外国人。

2、我们所交流的话题仅局限于诸如中国的旅游景点、中国的文化，而对中国地理、历史之类的话题就只能转开了。即使是中国的旅游与文化的交流也不能很深入地与外国人交流。

3、当外国人谈论到西方的地理、历史和文化时，我们就更无法深入的交谈了，甚至几乎不了解西方的地理、历史。

当然出现这些问题原因主要是我们平时学习不扎实，只局限与学习教材内容，看一些浅显的书，而没有多看一些知识丰富的书。因此，我们的知识面很窄，学到的知识很浅，只能谈论小范围的话题，而且无法深入谈论。由此可见，我们在今后的学习生活中要多读书，读好书，多积累知识，增长见识，丰富自己的内涵。

在阳朔实习的第三天，我们如往常一样遇到了许多外国人。与以往不同的是：

1、我们不再害怕与外国人交流，不再怕被拒绝交流，而且我们已经能够主动从容地与外国人交谈了。

2、我们的交谈的范围比以往更广了。

3、我们交谈的话题更深入了。在我们与外国人交流的过程中，我们了解到了很多西方的文化，比如他们的一些习俗，节日等。我们也亲眼见证了我们之前所了解的一些关于外国人的习惯，比如他们喜欢舔盘子、手上沾上吃的东西时舔手指等习惯。但我们同样遇到了一些问题，最大的问题是当我们说到某一种中国的东西、食物时，我们无法说出它们的名字，有时也很难很好地描述其特征，特色。尽管我们想方设法用一些我们所学过的词汇，表达来表述我们的思想和行为，但还是不能做到完美。

不过，在不断用英语交谈的过程中，我们的英语水平还是提高了很多，我们与外国人之间的语言障碍也越来越少了，我们比以前更能够相互理解了！

但鉴于当天所遇到的无法说出某种中国的东西、食物的名字，有时无法找到词语来表达自己之类的问题，我们应该引起重视。作为一名英语专业的学生，在今后的学习生活中应当不断增加自己的词汇量，充实自己的词汇量。只有这样才能更好地表达自己，与外国人更好地用英语交流。

在阳朔实习的后几天，我们还是一如既往地寻找外国人，想尽一切办法与他们交流，练习我们的英语口语。在后几天的实习中，与以往相比，我们与外国人交流时能够更流利地表达出自己的想法行为，而且能够深入地交谈一些话题了，有时我们还借助肢体语言来帮助我们深入谈论。

五、实习总结

在阳朔一周的实习之后，我们已不再是以前的我们了。至少我们已经能够很自然地与外国人交流了，不再拘束，不再害怕。此外，我们开始用肢体语言来弥补我们英语语言的不足，消除交流的障碍，而且在交流的过程中，我们了解了很多外国的文化，实现了中西文化的交流。最重要的是，我们练习了我们的口语，能够更流利，更好地与外国人交流了。

通过阳朔的一周实习，我们学到了很多终生受用的知识，同时，也得到了许多深刻的教训。

我们在实习中所遇到的问题：

1、我们的词汇量太少了，无法很流利有效地表达自己及自己的思想和行为。

2、我们的知识面太窄了，仅局限于教材及一些简单的知识。

3、我们所学得的知识太浅薄了，无法深入与外国人交谈。

4、我们对西方文化了解太少，以至于有时候会造成尴尬的局面及误解。

因此，在今后的学习生活中，我们应该从一下方面来提高我们的英语口语水平和英语交际能力。

1、不断扩大我们的词汇量。我们可以通过阅读书籍、报刊、杂志、看英语电影、看英语新闻等各种方式来扩大我们的词汇量。只有我们的词汇量丰富了，我们才能与外国人更好地相互理解。

2、扩展自己的知识面，并适当的深入学习。我们应该阅读各种各样的读物，不能仅仅局限于阅读某一方面或几方面的读物，通过各种方式学习，而且要适当地深入学习。只有这样，我们才会有更多的话题，并能够深入地与外国人交流。

function and application of descriptive translation studies

1 introduction

the intention of this study is to explore possible advantages of descriptive translation studies as in its application in translation practice and translation analysis.

since early 20th century, translation studies gradually broke away from the marginal status within other related disciplines and established itself as an empirical science. from then on, schools of thought have kept coming out and each claims its legitimacy for existence. among these schools is descriptive translation studies (dts).

dts approaches translation from an empirical perspective. translation is viewed to be a social activity having significant importance in the receiving culture and for the target community. therefore, translation is dealt with beyond the linguistic realization and language comparison, and is incorporated in social and cultural context.

my attention was first directed to dts by its peculiar characteristic of observation, description and explanation. the subject is whatever happens in translation practice, from the determination of prospective function of translation to the process of translator&’s choice of strategies, brainstorming and the revision, to the final product making appearance in the target community.

the method of dts is basically descriptive. the prescriptive tendency and the problem-solution pattern is abandoned. translation phenomena are noted down. with accumulated data, some underlying truths about translation will come out which will prove to be instructive not only for theoretical probe but also for applied translation practice. i will apply this descriptive method in the case study of this thesis.

a convenient tool has been set up to conduct dts. norm is operative at every stage of description and explanation. function, process and product and their relationship as well are skeletal structure of what constitute descriptive studies. translation phenomena are accounted for with the help of norm.

the case taken in this thesis is the chinese classic the dream of red mansions. two english versions translated respectively by yang hsien-yi and david hawks are compared and observations are made in regard to their translation approaches.

in this regard, my observations are limited to several aspects, i hope in-depth observation and explanation will done in light of dts.

2 outline

development and major concepts of dts

in this part i will describe holms&’ basic map of dts and the relationship between function, process and product. i will also discuss some important concepts such as pseudo-translation, multiple translation, translationese, norm etc.

i will in this part discuss the methodology of dts before i apply the same to the case study in this thesis with emphasis to be placed on semiotic approach and the concept norm.

dts in contrast to other theories

a contrast study will be conducted here with the objective to find the difference of dts from other theories such as equivalence theory and the chinese xin da ya criteria. some advantage will possibly be shown in this study.

case study

in this part, translation of the dream of red mansions (also translated as the story of the stone) will be under investigation in light of dts. translation samples to be quoted here will be selected at random.

conclusion

based on the above elaboration of dts and the case study, possible conclusion will be on the advantage of dts in specific study of translation. suggestions on further research efforts will be made also.

国际商贸城一期市场经营工艺品、饰品、玩具和花类四大行业商品，日客流量达4万多人次，商品销往140多个国家和地区，90%以上商位承接外贸业务，外贸出口占60%以上。

五、实习内容：

一个偶然的机会我来到了xxxx有名的国际商贸城，应聘的工作跟我的实际专业并不对口，起初是对掌坤电子有限公司的基本情况进行了解，后来我从事的是电子商务，刚开始对业务都不熟悉，每天都是对着电脑跟客户聊天，让他们了解我们的产品，这时候就需要注意跟客户聊天时说话的语气，还考验了做生意的头脑，很多时候还要做对账单，所以工作起来很吃力，但是在老板和同事的关心和教导下我慢慢开窍了…因为这是一个国际化的商贸城，所以时常会有外国客户光顾，有美国的、韩国的、日本的、阿富汗的、非洲的…不得不说，来到这里我的英语口语也得到了很大的提高。在大学的时候，我们几乎很少跟外教对话，因为没有信心，又加上畏惧心理，所以自己的口语就没有得到很大的提高，来到这里之后环境让你容不得胆怯，其实真正跟外国人对话也不是很困难，只要克服了自己的心理压力，一定不要紧张，那样的话就你能流利的跟老外交谈，同时又提升了在老板心中的地位，这一点让我感到很欣慰…在xx有一个惯例，就是每年都会举行一次大型的“xx小商品博览会”，由于我是这里唯一一个学英语的，所以老板就把这个重任交给了我，义博会举行了5天，这5天中让我获益匪浅，跟老外交谈的过程中让我感觉到文化知识的可贵，也激发了我继续学习的动力….几个月的实习活动，我们听取了有关电子产品的历史与发展、有关其市场营销、技术生产、人力资源管理等方面的介绍，还参观了各个生产车间，对生产过程产生了感性的认识。

20XX年上半年，在老师的努力下，商务英语专业的10学生有幸九方宾馆，为期四十天的实习。初次接触社会的次感受到了竞争的激烈，也看到了自身的问题和要注意的。被分配到了不同的岗位，我被分配到九方宾馆的中餐厅工作，带着一份兴奋而紧张的心情走进了九方宾馆，开始了的实习。实习的四十天里，我感受颇多，受益匪浅。

一、工作

只在酒店四十天的实习，但酒店按正规的实习生对了系统的培训，工作分为三大块：岗前培训，了四个课时的室内培训和游览培训，主要是介绍酒店的概况，也对了员工素养及酒店管理制度的培训，这让对工作大概的；第消防安全意识培训，酒店安排了工程部的经理和主管为现场讲解授课，让对酒店安全和消防常识更系统的；是技能培训，培训贯穿着实习的四十天。由人员为不间断的技能，四十天的实习让对工作的，这也得益于酒店系统而的培训。培训以后的学习和工作非常有用的。

实习的九方宾馆是一所成立于20xx年的四星级涉外酒店，酒店管理先进，客源市场广阔。其餐饮部大致分成如下几个：中餐部和西餐部，我和同行7名同学的工作岗位中餐部。九方食府是九方宾馆最主要的餐厅，主要承担的是宴席和宴请的用餐，餐厅员工有将近20人，包括主管两名和三名领班及服务员数名，工作繁忙。

二、实习过程

中餐厅是酒店餐饮中最为辛苦的，酒店并给服务员们制定的岗位职责和工作描述，在刚刚走进工作岗位的几天，就像无头苍蝇，完全领会工作的流程和要领，只是听从领班和老员工的安排和手把手的教导。庆幸的是所老员工对都的友好，主管还为每人安排了一名师傅，的工作。在后面的日子里，都能熟练工作了。

的工作除了摆台、折口布、传菜、上菜、撤台外，也得兼职勤杂工，扛桌子椅子、铺地毯等脏活、重活。实习生的上班很固定，主要是看客人的多少。每月休息四天或五天，主管的需要，排休。即上午9点50上班到中午2点或3点下班，下午4点50上班到晚上9点或10点，多余的休息。但往往下班的是不的，经常情况加班加点，加班都有记录，的时候会有补休，加班费，但我觉的制度很灵活的。

酒店员工穿着工作服的，由酒店发放换洗，但我酒店的服务员制服太过简单而且陈旧，常有破损的。不过令我欣慰的是：酒店的员工大热情友好的，不管哪个，并是实习生而对冷漠生硬；在劳累之余，同事们的甜美的微笑，一句再普通不过的“辛苦了”都会让人分外感动；在休息和饭堂进餐的时候，都会聚在一起聊天，分享彼此的感受，就像一家人；而管理层中的几位经理也很和蔼，架子，但偶尔还的会对工作的下属发发脾气。

在服务过程中，接触到了形形色色的客人，在工作中既受到过客人的嘉奖，也曾招受客人的投诉，九方宾馆一所涉外星级酒店，拥有海外客源，在服务的过程中，了英语口语，增长了见识，开阔了视野。

三、实习总结

酒店实习的日子结束了，这次酒店实习本人的次体验酒店行业。总的来说，在日子里确学到了不少的东西：除了到餐饮的服务程序和技巧，也学会了如何的心态，如何好同事之间的人际关系，如何与顾客打交道；，更让我认识到服务员应该强烈的服务意识；更为的是，在月的工作中，我地体会到了酒店行业的艰辛，也看到酒店发展的前景，明白了以后学习的方向和侧。

最后感谢老师的帮助，感谢九方宾馆能给难得的实习机会，祝愿九方宾馆能够越办越好，学院越办越好。

作为一名商务英语专业大三的学生，在寒假这段短暂的时间里，能够得到一次实习的机会，我既感到开心又有些紧张。到公司的第一天我就在经理的带领下参观公司，主要是熟悉公司的日常工作和公司的产品，包括对产品的性能、特点、制造工艺过程有所了解。第二天我就算正式开始工作了。

在实习的初期，经理主要让我整理每个季度的销售数据然后输入到表格中。这份差事看起来简单，却容不得半点马虎。因为哪怕是一个细小的错误都可能给公司造成巨大的损失。所以我每次输好数据后还会再检查一遍，确保没有错误后才交给经理。因此，虽然我做得不算快，但能够保证让经理满意。

It is my honor to stand here today. First of all, I want to thank our dean Mrs. Li to give me this chance to deliver a speech to you. Thanks.

This is a speech about practice report, in the first place I want to share with you about my work experience.

In the first summer vacation in the college, I changed 3 part-time jobs. The first one was waiter; the second one was teaching assistant in Talking Time Language Village (TTLV); the third one was interpreter in a Highway Service Station. Maybe you will ask me how can you get 3 part-time jobs and why do you want to change it? Actually this is a good question. Here are 3 reasons: first I want to speak English，second I want to practice English, third I want to use English. This was also the main reason I quitted the first one job waiter. Then I searched TTLV online and I attended the interview and passed the teaching test. Everything seems went smoothly, I started to work there in a few days later. I was a teaching assistant there, I was in charge of 8 students in my class and I assisted the foreign teacher to interpret for the students during the class. I work there for 20 days then I left because of Olympic Games in China. So I lost, that seems God always take good care of me, one of my supervisor in TTLV recommended a good job to me after I lost a few days, that was my third job in that vacation. I was an interpreter and I was in charge of communication with foreign friends there. I worked there for 30 days, I got 1500RMB which was my first time to earn so much money by myself in my lifetime.

In the following winter vacation I went back to TTLV. I was in the same position there, but different students and different teachers, so I made new friends, I got along with my foreign teachers and I improved my English a lot, especially, Brad who is an American, so well we got along with each other that he went back to my hometown with me to celebrate Spring Festival with my family, he spent 3 days with my family of course I was the only interpreter between my family and Brad.

In this summer vacation, Customized English Services which is a new comprehensive English service in Shijiazhuang was founded by Brad. I was lucky to be selected by him. Now I am working with him to assist him to do office work and establish business relationship with new clients.

Above all, I mentioned so much work experience of mine, almost are related to English, if I don’t know English, if I don’t speak, practice, and speak English I have nothing. Actually I am not the best one among you, some of you are better than me, but you need to stand out to show yourself. If you have no chance, make it; if you have a small chance, grab it and make it bigger and bigger.

English is an language it is a tool used by human, so let us be master of English let English be our servant. We need to take advantage of English, nor does let English take advantage of you. BeforeI end my speech I wish everybody be the master of English and your life, find a decent job with English in the future. Thank you.

10 years of studying hard, can finally come in handy. Set foot into my long career as an experimental field with a youthful momentum. However, in reality, I found the future of social understanding in the university campus is an ideal, while the gap between ideals and reality in real life is so big.

At the first please let me introduce my company― in Chengdu Tianya Automotive Systems ，our company operating in China since 1985，First operation in Qinhuangdao , supplying automotive brake lines. We are the one of company to provide automotive systems to FAW-Volks.

As a just inter the social’s student, the manager let me do warehouse manage, there are some important things I have to attention. First important is don’t make ourselves staring point too high to put .The manager told me because I was a new staff so he let me to be a warehouse keeper .Warehouse keeper is a part of logistics a warehouse keeper the most basic quality is “circumspection” .Then ,I have to know our company’s products and know it well. Second, when we deliver goods we must know there are how much the product in our warehouse. The last important thing is we must obey “first in first out”.This post looks very easy，but it not，if I didn’t pay attention to the process，there was a mistake it will let the data could not calculate clearly and make the financial loss. Sometime I always exchange idea with our bookkeeper，because they need our data to count. As a just inter the social’s student，I need step by step to work. Now ,I am responsible for warehouse manage. When I first in this company everyday I clean the box. FAW-Volks the request us make the box spotless. So it become an integral part of we must do everyday.

After introduce my job, there are another important things when we work, it is have a relationship with our colleague. When I first into the office, they working so busy, I didn’t know what I can do for them and didn’t familiar whit them ,I felt very lonely. As a new staff in first day, no people talk to you no people have lunch with you , I felt relay sad. I told myself I don’t want do this, I am not happy. When I get back to home I told to my parents, the told me as a new staff I must diligent than other staff, study hard, listen the old staff’s arrangement and always smile to every one. In the next day, I do it. A few days later they accept me. Talk with me, and give me some job do , I am really happy. By this internship, I know a person who can have a good relations with other people in everywhere, they are fluky.

After three month, I will leave this school .This fieldwork’s experience give me a deeply feeling .School is different from the social. In college the teacher will told us what things you should do and what you can do. They teach us how to be a good person and a good student. We can learn more knowledge from our teacher, but we just learn , we don’t have chance to do it . As a student, we don’t have ability to make money. Our parents give us money in our school life, so we don’t know how hard to make money. This time we set foot in social leave from the school, we should earnmoney by our own hands. We are the youth ,we have more chance to show our ability. There are some sentences I remembered and I think it can used in our work and daily life. First “Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. Worry, fear, self-distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.”This sentence told us to be a brave man, we must believe ourselves, if there has a problem , don’t worry and fear , we can solve it better. Second “Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of sixty more than a boy of twenty. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals.” Don’t to be a lazy man, we should working hard, whether in life or in work, don’t to be a adventurous .Third have a strong curious in work, learn to innovation . “Whether sixty or sixteen, there is in every human being\'s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what\'s next and the joy of the game of living. In the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless station: so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long are you young.”Last, step by step to be a dependably person , growing knowledge in everywhere and everyday. Like this sentence “An individual human existence should be like a river—small at first, narrowly contained within its banks, and rushing passionately past boulders and over waterfalls. Gradually the river grows wider, the banks recede, the waters flow more quietly, and in the end, without any visible break, they become merged in the sea.” We are young, we have more energy to do many things, to become a brave and a smart person.

As a new staff, first we should do everything with a humble attitude, a company different from college ，we should learn much in social ,we must do everything energetically and clearly.
