福建省初中《考试大纲》对学生的要求如下：选择填空考查的内容以在语境中的语法、词汇和日常交际用语的选择为主，完型填空考查的是考生必须通篇考章，掌握大意，综合运用所学词汇和语法知识，阅读理解要求学生既要理解具体的事实、细节，也要理解抽象的概念，要对具体的事实、细节进行分析、判断和逻辑的推理，以理解其深层次的含义。遣词造句、口语运用、综合填空要求考生根据短文大意和语境选择框格内词汇的正确形式，从这里我们可以看出对初中学生的要求比较面面俱到既有写词、写句、情景对话、回答问题，又有理解。初中教材内容少复习时间充分，考的内容相对简单，所考篇章较短，考题相对集中在细节理解方面。而高中《考试大纲》和《福建省考试说明》对学生的要求，完型填空考查考生的阅读理解能力和词汇的综合应用，阅读理解主要考查考生获取、分析和处理信息的能力，短文填词重点考查语篇理解和语言表达能力。它们均属篇章结构，其基础都是阅读理解能力。由此，可看出初中与高中相比，在量上和深度上提出了更高的要求，况且近几年福建省高考试卷里的阅读理解部分跟全国卷相比，难度更大。

全国卷阅读速度变化不大，福建卷阅读速度呈现两个阶段，实施新课程改革前和后不一样，跟全国卷相比，福建对考生要求更高、阅读速度更快。

二、症结找到，就要对症下药――语篇阅读能力的培养

既然我们找到了问题所在，高中阶段更侧重语篇阅读能力的理解，那么我们就要从高一起始年段开始，注重对学生语篇阅读能力的培养，让学生顺利过渡，有个良好的开端。下面我谈谈自己平时的一些做法，希望能给一线教学的老师有所帮助。

（一）充分利用好现行教材中的阅读课文

首先，我们要了解阅读课文的教学规律，一般要四个阶段：感知教材、理解教材、巩固教材、运用知识。这四个阶段是由浅入深，由简单到复杂的逐步深入的循序渐进过程，老师上课时的导入是为了使学生获得第一步的感性认识，导入工作包括下列步骤：1.设置情景，提出问题，使学生产生读的需要，带着目的去读。2.谈论有关的话题，或出示有关的画面、实物等。3.帮助排除可能影响学生理解的生词障碍。导入工作完成后，就要求学生读：1.要求学生粗读，粗读即粗略地阅读全篇，这是为了了解大意梗概。2.跳读，这是一种为寻求特定细节，放弃大部分无关内容，只注意某一点或几点的阅读方式。3.细读，细读即详读，逐行地阅读，以掌握全部内容。

其次，要在感知教材和理解教材的基础上，设计多种形式的语言实践活动。

（二）强化限时阅读理解训练

限时阅读理解训练可以分成两方面：读和写。
