现代信息技术突飞猛进，利用多媒体来辅助教学工作，已成为现代教育的一种潮流，而光盘教学则给我们农村的教育教学工作带来了新的勃勃生机，它形象直观、引人入胜，不仅赢得了教师们的青睐，也受到了学生们的喜爱，尤其在教育资源紧缺的农村小学，它更是成了一块香饽饽。自从我走上教师岗位以来，一直在课堂上使用学校配发的PEP教学光盘，在不断的琢磨中，对此颇有感触。从光盘教学中，我们不仅能吸取和借鉴新的教学理念，还能从光盘教师的身上我们学习新的教学方法。相当然，如何更有效地利用光盘来实施课堂教学，也随之成为了摆在我们广大一线教师面前的一大难题。

课堂是实施教学的主要阵地，教学更是传授知识的主要途径，为了提高教学质量，教师除了认真备课，专心讲课之外，还需努力钻研一些能够提高自己课堂效率的方法。教学光盘有着其自身的媒体优势，能够用各种视听手段，为学生提供了一个丰富多彩的教学空间。但是光盘怎样才能与一堂课整和的有声有色、有血有肉呢？怎样才能用光盘这一媒介来调动学生的情绪，激活你的课堂呢？下面我就我在小学英语工作中的经历来谈谈自己的点滴体会：

光盘教学并不仅仅意味着教师带着光盘就去上课，光盘教学同样需要教师在课前认真地备课，细心地分析研究教材和了解学生情况。用好光盘的前提条件和必要基础就是先要对教材的理解和把握，教师对教材本身的教学目标越明确，对教材的编写思路理解得越充分，对光盘的使用才能越有效，光盘在教学中的作用才有可能得到最大化的发挥。因此，用光盘上课的教师更需认真研究教材、把握教材，仔细研读教师教学用书，明确每一节课的能力目标、知识目标以及情感价值观等有关目标，对教学目的与要求、教学的重点、难点要了然于心。

其次，通过光盘教学中出奇制胜的开局，来吸引学生的眼球。教育学和心理学中均有一种说法，一节课里学生注意力最集中的就是开始的15分钟，所以说抓住这最关键的时段是我们上好这堂课的前提。著名特级教师xxx有一句名言：“课的第一锤要敲在学生心灵上，激发起他们的思维火花，好像磁石一样把学生牢牢地吸引住。” 巧妙地运用现代光盘教学，精心创设与教学内容相吻合的情境，设计一段warming-up（热身活动）给你的学生，如英语歌曲、英语小故事、话剧、童谣、绕口令、猜谜以及听指令作动作等等。有了这些前奏，就已经成功地敲好“第一锤”，为整堂课的教学做好了铺垫，那么你会发现往后的课堂气氛是异常活跃的。小学生具有好动、好奇的天性，而光盘恰恰可以满足他们生理与心理上的需求，所以说我们就要利用好光盘这个得力助手，实现它的“诱导”思想，使得它在全面提高素质教育中发挥更好的效果。比如，在课一开始，教师就以光盘中比较富有动感节拍的热身游戏来引导学生做活动，配上动听的音乐，加上欢愉的气氛，就会轻而易举的带领学生步入状态。

再次，光盘教学中要以学生为主体，给他们一个自由发展的空间，能够充足的去吸收光盘里的涵养。让学生在电视课堂的情景中深入角色，自觉主动实践，又在表演中充分展显自己的才华，在相互评价中体现自我。xxx说：“学习任何知识的途径是由自己去发现，因为这样理解最深，也最容易掌握其中的内在规律、性质和联系。”光盘这种教学媒介，对于教师来说是一种挑战，而对于学生来说则是一种开拓，学生可以凭借它学习到多方面的知识，从而开阔视野，发展自我。尤其对于农村的小学生而言，在生活与教学环境比较差的状况下，教师更要重视他们对光盘教学的态度与看法，他们比城里的孩子更看好光盘，因为它不仅可以弥补教育资源上的缺陷，还可以充实他们的生活。比如，在我教三年级英语Unit 5 Let’ eat这一单元的时候，好多学生看到电视屏幕上老师手里拿着hot dog（热狗），hamburger（汉堡包）的时候，透露出一丝渴望的眼神。我便请一个学生到前边来演示吃这些食物，全班同学齐声问他：“Can I have a……？”，然后让他回答“Here you are！”就可以将食物分给好朋友，这样课堂上气氛就特别活跃，学生的学习积极性异常高涨，课的预期效果也就自然而然的达到了，甚至学生的语言综合运用能力和整体素质也真正的得以全面提高了。

另外，利用光盘教学充分调动学生的视听感官，从而激活你的课堂。在英语课堂教学中模拟表演创设的情境，往往受时空限制无法全部做到，在这种情况下可运用多光盘教学的手段来移植情境，形象生动地再现有关对话的时空，做到声像结合，图文并茂，这适合小学生求趣、求新的思想特点。教师将学生要学的对话通过电视融入其中，会加深学生对语言的理解，帮助学生在语言与表达对象之间建立起联系，从而调动学习积极性，使学生更自觉、更有趣的进行英语交际活动，这样学生会很感兴趣，课堂也就立即活跃起来了。学生讲起英语来也就不会是纸上谈兵，一贯机械、呆板、单调、紧张的学习环境就会变的轻松许多，减轻了学生厌烦英语的情绪，提高了学习效率。
