构建人本主义的英语教学观读后感1200字以上

当今时代充满了诱惑、竞争和激情。今天的学生充满热情、惊喜和个性。这种对马克思主义的认知要求今天的教师要“关心学生的人性，关注学生的个性发展，为学生的人生发展打下坚实的基础”。我看了这篇论文《构建人本主义的英语教学观》，现在就谈谈一些认识和体会，向大家学习。

1、从“纯知识教学”到“情感教育”。

什么是情感？首先说明了学生和课程本身的情感联系。情感包括兴趣，但不仅仅是兴趣。我们应该引导学生把兴趣转化为稳定的学习动机，使他们树立信心，形成克服困难的意志，完成学习任务。需要注意的是，动机作为活动的内在动力，维护和促进学生的学习活动，一直被视为重要的教学目标之一。在学习中，学生应该能够有学习英语的欲望，进入适度的兴奋状态。通过体验式学习，他们可以培养和增强学习英语的兴趣，并逐渐将兴趣转化为稳定的学习动机。因此，动机的激发和培养是制约主动学习的重要心理因素。对于个人需求或社会需求，学生有综合动机和工具性动机。所以在教学实践中，我关注学生的不同动机，因材施教，对症下药。情感的第二层含义是学生在课程活动中获得积极快乐的情感体验。这才是真正深入学生内心的教学。业余时间喜欢和同学谈心，努力让自己成为知识上的朋友，生活上的益友，心中的知己。在课堂上，我经常通过生动的语言、友好的教学风格和激情的情感，营造一种充满情感的三维教学氛围，让学生体验和震撼心灵，从而升华情感。这种情绪在学生心中停留的时间越长，就越能激发他们的内在动力和积极学习探索的热情。

2.从“偏爱尖子生”到“关注学困生”

教学中有一个不可忽视的现象：老师往往偏向少数尖子生，提问找优生学，打板子找优生学，甚至说话找优生学，但对“学困生”很反感。对“学困生”的歧视、冷漠、体罚、讥讽等现象时有发生，导致优等生发展更好，而“学困生”却越来越差

我觉得，作为老师，首先一定不能放弃每一个学生。要下大力气“提船”，而不是“到水底”。我们应该改变对“学困生”的态度，关心他们，爱护他们，为他们投入更多的情感和精力，挖掘他们的闪光点。我们不仅要一视同仁，给他们平等的国民待遇，还要给他们优待，上课多提问，课后多辅导，让他们从心底感受到老师的爱和真诚，感受到老师的期待，感受到老师的肯定。精神交流可以让学生对你教的东西产生浓厚的兴趣，让学生从厌学变成愿意学习，热爱学习，享受学习。这样，他们就会不断进步，不断提高。从而完成从“差”到“优”的转变。

3.从“传授书本知识”到“教会学生学习能力”

只重视教师教学而忽视学生学习的现象是所学知识无法落实、教学质量不高的根本原因。要提高教学质量，实施素质教育，让所有学生学好英语，必须更新教学观念，改进教学方法，优化教学过程。理论上，学生可以在老师的指导下学习英语，也可以在老师的指导下学习英语。学生能否学会学习取决于教师是否有教学生学习的自我意识和教学对策，这就要求教师在教学中从“教他们钓鱼”转变为“教他们钓鱼”。用科学的方法，不仅每个学生都能学，更重要的是每个人都能学。要改变“唯学科，不管学习”的错误观点，让学生真正明白“为什么要学”，学会“怎么学”，明确“学什么”。真正做到“教书育人”。

4.从过去的“死记硬背，机器学习”到现在的“聪明地学习英语，享受英语”

英语教学应注重调动和发展学生的智力因素。教师应在遵循教学基本规律和英语本身规律的前提下，引导学生在教学过程中联系自己的经验和知识背景，赋予学习材料以意义，让学生有效学习，体验学习的进步，从学习中获得快乐。首先，英语教学是智力学习。只有充分发挥学生的智力因素，学生才会觉得学习内容好学。学生只有体验到自己的进步，才能获得学习的乐趣和乐趣，然后才能学到更多。在我看来，要提高学习英语的效率，就要调动和发展学生的智力，用智慧、用心灵、用大脑去学习。这样才能学会灵性、气场、灵感，体验“聪明学英语，乐在其中”。理智地学习英语，是实现轻松学习、愉快学习、快速学习的有效途径，也是达到“学海无涯，乐成舟”理想境界的必由之路。聪明地学习英语也意味着在用英语进行活动教学或做事的过程中，我们不应该忽视教学过程中所涉及的基础知识和技能的系统性。
