不久前，我读了一本书——《论语》。我读它是因为这本书里有很多经典的句子。

《论语》共分20篇，其中学术篇、政治篇、立人篇、叶公篇最为著名。以前经常有人讲，我不知道是出自《论语》。如“父母，不要远行。君子坦荡荡，这个恶棍总是心烦意乱，不在他的位置上，不寻求他的政府。不同的路，没有共同的目标，没有共同的目标，路漫漫其修远兮，死了，朽木不可雕也……”

我读《论语》不是为了找修养，而是想认识一个学会了富裕的孔子，一个充满仁义的孔子。翻开《论语》来读，就像穿越千年才惊鸿一瞥，看到争雄的春秋时代，孔子是伟大的思想家和教育家。他的思想和言论不一定与我们今天生活的时代相吻合，但有必要读一读影响中国文化几千年的经典。

孔子的“不厌其烦，不厌其烦教人，知其为知，不知为知，敏而好学，不耻而问，三人必有吾师，博学而有志，好问而思。”不就是一种谦虚、严谨、踏实、持之以恒的学习态度吗？他注重学习的方法。“所以，知新，学而不思则罔，思而不学则殆。”甚至觉得还是学时代的好。这就说明了学习的重要性，学习是仁的基础。

“三个人，肯定有我老师。”“敏感好学，不耻下问。”这是《论语》中给我感触最深的六篇文章中的两篇。前者是说几个人走在一起，所以一定有人可以做“我”的老师；后者告诉我们学习要快，要努力，不要羞于问不如自己的人。这两个字虽然出自两千多年前的孔子之口，但仍然是名言，意义重大。“三人行，必有我师。”这句话包含了一个深刻的道理:能当老师的人。在我们的日常生活中，每天都有很多人要接触。而且每个人都有一定的优势，值得学习。只能说是我们班的。在这个43人的班级里，有熟练的画家、书法家、篮球大师和象棋大师。其他人懂天文地理；有的全是数字；有些人唱歌和跳舞都很好...多向身边的人学习，就像绿树中的树苗吸收了丰富的养分。群山是如此雄伟；大海是如此壮丽无边。山之所以高，是因为它从不嫌弃每一块小石头；海之所以宽阔，是因为它一点一点地主动聚水。要想有山的情怀，有海的深邃，就要善于从普通人身上收集他们的长处——“三个人都要有自己的老师”。一个年轻的女孩也成了爱因斯坦的老师；在樵夫、渔夫和一些普通人的帮助下，李时珍写了一本医书——《本草纲目》……正是“不耻下问”，造就了这么多伟人。

三，班级学生现状分析

4 (2)班学生自制力差，注意力不集中，上课说话随意严重，很多人大胆举手。但是真正思维敏捷、条理清晰、能具体表达自己想法的学生并不多，阅读能力也不强，所以很多学生不能正确流利地阅读。我学写作已经一年了，但是怕写的人出现了，写作水平普遍较差。很多学生不会写句子，错别字多的情况严重...

四、教学措施

1、加强课堂教学常规、作业习惯等方面的教育，不断培养学生良好的学习习惯。

2.继续注重学生的阅读训练，并在此基础上，引导学生将阅读和思维结合起来，培养学生的语感。

3.实施“自主-开放”的语文教学，在开放的教学环境中培养学生的自主学习精神，让一部分基础好的学生“吸取营养”、“勇于冒险”。

4.加强写作指导，让学生有序表达，写出流畅通顺的短文。同时，督促学生养成良好的写作习惯。

5.加强对贫困学生的个别辅导。

6.注重培养优秀学生，努力提高学习成绩。
