1.听课

2．备课

充分备课是上好课的前提，提高课堂教学质量和效果，首先要抓好备课这一环。教学实践表明，教师在备课上所花工夫的多少直接影响授课的质量。备课作为教师课前准备的过程，亦是教师提高知识水*和教学能力、总结教学经验的过程。在备课之前，我请教了办公室的几位老师如何备课，并学习了他们的备课记录本。之后，我仔细思考了教科书的组织，在脑中构思一堂课的过程，初步完成了我的教案。在我的指导老师看过之后，我们一起改进了其中较为欠缺之处。我的第一份教案在经过多次修改之后终于通过。此后我又写过五份教案，每份教案都经指导老师检查后我才运用到实际教学中。

3.试讲
