二、认真备课、上课，改进教学方式、注重辅导学法

在集体备课的基础上，我能自觉钻研教材、研究学生，进行二次备课。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。本人能做到每天都有积极的精神状态，让学生感受到一种积极的学习气氛。我能遵循听说领先、读写跟上的教学要求，努力加大课堂训练量，加快课堂节奏，切实提高课堂教学效率。除保证课堂效果之外，还需要让学生课外多读，多讲，多练。为此，利用课间休息时间辅导学生，发现问题及时纠正。课后坚持认真批改学生作业，发现问题及时解决。对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，以打好他们的英语基础。

三、做好“培优转差”

按以往经验，学生在英语学习进入一定阶段后，会出现分化现象，尤其是初中基础差的学生，到高中学习难度加深以后。为此，我制定了具体的“培优转差”计划和目标，对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有一定基础，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平；第二组是肯学、但学习能力不强的同学。对这部分同学进行耐

心指导，多加鼓励，慢慢提高他们的成绩；第三组是纪律松散、基础不好、学习又不认真的同学。对这部分人进行课余时间个别辅导。由于实施了分类辅导，针对性强，效果比较明显。

四、认真批改作业、坚持基础教学

坚持布置适量的作业，使学生所学知识得到巩固和提高。布置作业时，坚持做到有针对性，有层次性，形式多样化。每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在作业中得以直接体现出来。因此，我用《导学案》中的题目进行练习。对于难度较大的题目，学生出现错误较多的作业，课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误；对于学生不该出现的问题，指导学生及时纠正。每天布置听写任务，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改听写。并针对学生的听写情况，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其情况不断改进教法。同时根据“抓住阅读、抓住高考”的成功经验，大力培养学生的阅读能力。以《英语周报》为依据同步进行阅读培训。另外，加强作文训练，本学期先后共进行了8次作文训练，每次都努力做到认真批改，认真写评语，力争使学生快速提高作文成绩。

五、培养学生的自学能力

只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学习方法，并培养学生的自学能力，才能使学生的学习积极性和主动性得以发挥。具体包括：培养学生的预习能力、掌握英语基本知识的能力、学生自己整理所学知识的能力。另外，自学能力的提高还得益于大量的独立的阅读，要求学生人人必备一本英汉词典作为工具书，让学生勤查字典。

六、做好课后辅导工作，注意分层教学

在课后，为不同层次的学生进行相应的辅导，以满足不同层次的学生的需求，避免了一刀切的弊端，同时加大了后进生的辅导力度。对后进生的辅导，并不限于学习知识性的辅导，更重要的是学习思想的辅导，不打击、不恶语相向，多鼓励、多表扬，使之对学习萌发兴趣。

以上就是本人这学期的工作总结，希望能发扬优点，克服其中的不足之处，总结经验教训，以便在下个学年提高自我，共同提高所教年级的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会一如既往，多学习，勤反思，以促进教学工作更上一层楼。

2、历史教师新课程学习和教学实践中理念的转变和实践新课程改革首先要求教师转变教学理念。高中历史新课程阐明了课程的六个方面的理念，指明了课改的方向和要求。在高中历史新课程改革中，我在学习和教学实践中积极转变教学观念，探索教育教学规律，努力用新理念指导教学：坚持“为了每一位学生的发展”的指导思想，促进学生全面、健康成长；激发学生学习兴趣，培养学生终身学习意识；以学生发展为中心，重视学生主体地位；关注个体差异与不同需求，实现全体学生的共同发展；良好的师生关系，和谐、民主化的课堂是新课程教学成功的基础。

我每天都会把前一天的一些问题在第二天的课上及时的给学生送上答案，很多学生并不会主动的去学习，他们更多的是想着等待老师的解答，所以这些问题即成为了家庭作业也成为了他们上课思考的问题。对于远程教学的方式，虽然不需要大家再在学校里面学习但是学生的学习积极性和学习的努力还是要保证的，我会在上完课只有在班级群里里面提问，如果学生没有及时回到就会联系到他们的父母让他们的父母监督他们学习，毕竟只有让他们学习好努力去学习才能够让他们走的更远。

每天的教学不能多，毕竟缺少了约束，也缺少了学习氛围，学生的学习积极性还是会有很大的影响的，除了每天的教学任务，还要给学生布置迆考察学生，通过电话微信QQ等获得学生的学习情况，对于学生在课堂上遇到的问题也要及时的去发现，主动联系，主动询问，毕竟我得掌握学生的情况，还有每天学生的词语默写既然不能够亲自检查和监督，只有通过学生的父母让他们的`父母监督和掌控，让他们能够不断的朝着好的方向发展。

二、备教法

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和学生的积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。例如我在教授Unit 3. Lesson 9 的时候，这课的主题是“如何询问和回答时间”，教学难度比较大。如果照本宣科地讲授，学生会感到困难和沉闷。为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为了令教学生动，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。

三、多听写

模仿是初学者的法宝，教师一定要搞好听力口语训练，让学生多听、多模仿，力求听得清楚，读得标准。教师必须开展一些小组活动，成对活动，表演活动，加强合作学习，激起学生的表现欲，调动学生的积极性。另外，教师要引导学生发现规律，归纳语音上的知识点。如通过Chinese 拼读Japanese，归纳under it ,near it 的连音规则，只要学生既听得懂，又会说会读，他们自然会努力往下学，后面的工作就简单多了。

写作文，切不可出难题，要利用单元话题，使学生有话可写，有例可参。教师要给学生提示，可以给他们一些范例，让他们学着模仿，也可以共同口头作文，然后才写。鼓励学生创新，运用已学知识，尽力写自己的东西，讲评作文时，以鼓励、表扬为主，抓住共性错误点评，范读优秀作品，甚至是与学生共赏创新的一句话，一个短语，使学生获得成就感。作文要常训练，时间久了，学生不但不怕，而且还有创作的激情，对学英语有很大的促进作用。

四、提兴趣

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生会对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是帮助班上的同学改英文名，尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，近来更帮部分同学交上了“penfriend in America”，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语。因为只有英语水平提高，他们才能达到交异国笔友的目的，同时也可以提高同学们的英语写作能力，对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。

五、多检测

多数教师的课堂教学很成功，但有时学生的成绩却上不来。原因就是课后的督查没有跟上来。及时复习、检查与上好一堂课同等重要。教师要逐步建立健全的跟踪检查制度，使学生养成良好的学习习惯。很多学生的自觉性、毅力并不是很好，而入门阶段，难度大，任务重，教师必须及时复习、及时检查、适时测验。并对学生的状况给予及时评价，以正面为主。我对七年级的家庭作业总是每两天查一次。先是小组成员互查，签字，再送交检查，表扬做得好的同学，展示做得工整的作业，并要求学生及时改正作业中的错误。对于在作业上，测试中表现优秀或有显著进步的同学，我常赠给他们一些小奖品，以调动其积极性。
