一、认真备好、上好每一堂课。

从开学初，我便积极参加各种教研活动。作为一名年轻的教师，我主动向有经验的老教师请教，取长补短，不断的提高自己的业务水*和教学能力。

1、根据要求，我提前两周备好教案，做到周前备课。备课时认真钻研教材、教参，学习好大纲，力求吃透教材，找准重点、难点。

2、上课时我运用多种教学方法，从学生的实际出发，精讲精练，注意调动学生学习的积极性和创造性，加强师生交流，使学生有举一反三的能力，体现学生的主作用；尽量做到英语授课，使学生更多地接触英语，培养学生的语感；积极的制作多媒体课件，并结合实物、图片等进行课堂英语教学，使学生能更直观地感受所学的知识内容，加深学生印象；期末复习时，我带领学生总结每一单元的短语词汇、重点句型，使学生有个清晰的复习思路。

二、培养学生学习语言的兴趣。

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，学习起来既生疏又困难。因此，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。为此，我采取了许多方法，如课上带领学生做游戏、分组竞赛，课下教学生唱英文歌等方法调动学生英语学习的积极性，让学生喜欢学习英语。

三、强化训练学生听、说、读、写能力。

英语是语言。困此，除了注重课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读、多讲、多练。为此，在上早自习和英语课时，我坚持让学生大声朗读，发现问题及时纠正；经常进行听写训练，抓词汇和句型学习，提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力。

四、因材施教，重视学生的辅导工作。

我利用每天中午和下午自习的时间对学生进行辅导，及时查漏补缺。因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象。差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对学习比较差的学生进行集中的辅导，给他们进行强化训练。适当引导，耐心教导，慢慢提高他们的成绩。

总的来说，这一年的工作我取得了一定的进步，但也还有许多不足之处，如：

1、班级整体学习氛围不浓；

2、学生整体基础非常差，英语基本功弱；

3、部分学生学习态度不端正，学习自主性差，不能独立完成作业；

4、写作能力差，很多学生不能造完整的句子；

5、学生成绩两极分化严重，对部分后进生关注还不够，对优等生的培养力度还很需要加大。

今后的努力方向：

1、加大对学生单词、句型及课文背诵的检查力度，指导学生一些学习英语及做题的方法。

2、加强完型填空、阅读理解和综合填空的训练。

3、加大英语写作训练的力度，在对知识的积累过程中，提高学生的综合运用知识的能力。

一、贯彻课堂教学交际化原则，注重语感教学。加强听说训练，努力做到视、听、说同步，培养语感和学习兴趣。每篇课文的生词、句型和文章都是朗读的好材料。朗读不能老是采用^跟我读^的形式，而是要注意创造情景，让学生懂得不同句子的重音有不同的语感，显示说话者不同的语言的心理。同样，语调的不同，重音的移动，也体现了说话者不同的心理状态。经过训练了没，学生在以后朗读中也就注意了正确使用语音、语调和重读、弱读及升调，这样朗读绘声绘色，津津有味，整个课堂兴趣盎然，学习积极性大大提高。

二、温故知新，克服遗忘.运用“张思中英语教学法”中的记忆方法,注意在课堂上经常复现旧知识，让学生反复操练，由易而顺利地完成一个个学习目标。具体方法是：学习┈复习┈再复习。复习时做到系统性、针对性、综合性。采用^滚动式^，扩大语言输入。^滚动式^就是重复教材中的重点，用以前学过的词语操练新句型或采用已学过的句式学习新单词。以造句竞赛的方式促进学生学习的积极性,激发他们的竞争意识,效果较好.

三、当堂巩固，注重反馈教学时要处处考虑如何发挥学生的主体作用，要以学生的参与程度和教学评价的得失作为课堂教学成功与否的尺度，所以，在学生经过一段学习活动后，进行归纳分析，以鼓励表扬为主，满腔热情帮助学生，及时处理反馈信息，当堂巩固，如果时间许可的话，还可引导学生对一些易出错的地方，如人称变化，谓语动词的形式变化、某些习惯表达的异同进行归纳分析，让学生真正地学有所得.

四、注意培养自学能力^授人以鱼，不如授人以渔^教是为了学生的^学^，是要让学生拥有学习的能力.因此，我重视对学生的课外学习的指导，帮助他们养成良好学习习惯和自学能力。

时间总是在充实的工作中过去得飞快。一转眼，一个学期又即将结束了，回顾过去这一个学期的英语教学工作，有收获的喜悦与甘甜，但也有挫折时的彷徨与无奈，但这些心灵的历程使得我更加热爱自己所从事的这份教育工作。为了能够查缺补漏，取人之长补已之短，以利于在今后更好地开展自己的工作，在此对本学年的教学工作作了一点总结。

今年，我任教八年级（3）班（4）班的英语。这两个班的学生的特点就是两极分化严重，每个班仅有几名成绩稍好的学生，其余成绩都较差。比较严重的是四班。这个班不仅后进生较多，偏科的学生也不少，而且很严重。英语是中学生的一门主课，无论是学校、家长还是学生都很重视它，但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥，学起来吃力，甚至有不少学生放弃了它。究其原因，是学生对英语学习的接触面小，说练机会少，以及他与中文的部分反差的诸多因素，使得学生对英语学习常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理。这使我不得不改进教学方法，在教学中努力做到以下几点：

第一、确立学生的主体地位

学生是学习的主体，老师不能代替学生读书，代替学生感知，代替学生观察、分析、思考，代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。老师只能让学生自己读书，自己感受事物，自己观察、分析、思考，从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是我改变“一言堂”，把课堂还给学生，形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的教学过程。

第二、使学生明白学习目的

要学好英语，首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和意义。要学生了解到学习英语是多么重要，如果我们不懂英语会怎样？只有学生自觉地把自己的理想与命运和现在的学业联系起来，才会对英语学习真正感兴趣，这种兴趣也有可能转为学习英语的动力。因此我结合学生的实际情况，通读和节选教材，围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学，使学生对英语产生兴趣，形成学习动机。

第三、培养英语学习兴趣

英语作为一门外语，对大多数学生而言，既生疏又困难。在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。我们岔河中学施行岔河中学英语教学法，这种独特的教学方式非常符合认知规律，极大地调动了学生学英语的积极性。此外我还采取了其它一些方法，如尽多使用多媒体设备进行教学；开展形式多样、生动活泼的课堂语言实践活动；介绍英美国家的文化，生活故事；帮助班上的同学改英文名等等。使他们了解英语、喜欢英语，从而培养了学生学习英语的兴趣。

第四、积极创造语言情景

目前教材充分吸收了国际上新的外语教学理念和实践经验，注重对学生综合语言能力的培养和训练，强调以学生为主体的有意义的语言实践活动，为教学营造了轻松愉快、积极向上的学习氛围。教材图文并茂，安排了大量生动有趣的活动内容，使英语学习变得容易而有趣。教材围绕着实用的话题，逐步开展教学内容和实践活动，符合中学生的年龄、心理特征和学习语言的规律。它强调运用任务型教学法把探究性学习引入外语学习中，使学生主动融入创造性的、有意义的整体语言学习中。所以我想方设法创设语言情景以激发学生的求知欲，从而提高他们的学习兴趣。在听与说中培养语言能力，在听与说中激发学生的热情和兴趣。不足之处：目前任务型教学法是新课程理念下的创新教学法中的最重要一种它也是交际法的发展。教师是活动的设计者，组织者，学生是交际者。在课堂上我总怕学生吃不饱，不知不觉地讲多了，没有给学生思考的空间；知识传授比重大，语言实践不足等等。今后我积极加强自身的课程改革理论学习，转变教育理念，建立以学生为本的教育观念，树立活动教学观，争取做一名具有现代素养的人民教师。

第五、认真备课、上课，改进教学方式、注重辅导学法

在集体备课的基础上，我能自觉钻研教材、研究学生，进行二次备课。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

教态自然、讲课生动、难易适中、照顾全部，课堂就能够吸引住学生。本人能做到每天都有积极的精神状态，让学生感受到一种积极的学习气氛。我能遵循听说、读写跟上的教学要求，努力加大课堂训练量，加快课堂节奏，切实提高课堂教学效率。除保证课堂效果之外，还需要让学生课外多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持到班辅导，发现问题及时纠正。课后坚持认真批改学生作业，发现问题及时解决。对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，以打好他们的初一基础。

第六、努力建立融洽的师生关系

相对来说，初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，沟通和学生的思想感情，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性，大胆求异创新；课后我却成为他们的好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光。

第七、做好“培优转差”

按以往经验，学生在英语学习进入一定阶段后，会出现好差分化现象，尤其是进入八年级以后，为此，我制定了具体的“培优转差”计划和目标，对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。在我所教的三班学生中英语基础较好的也有几个，但有时候感觉不太稳定。有个叫赵新的学生就是一个极好的例子。他英语基础极好，就是有时候经常疏忽大意，所以本来改得90多分，他却会因为马虎而得80几分。为此我经常鼓励教育他一定要改掉这个花毛病，否则会吃亏。在最后的期末考试中，他终于把成绩稳定住了，得了90分的高分。班里像这样的学生不止一个。对他们我从来都是关照有加，最后这几个成绩优秀的同学都没有令我失望，而这个班的成绩在三个水*相当班里面一直都是名列前茅的，最后这次考试也不例外。对于另一个班，情况就不同了。四班学生的特点就是偏科生较多。而且文理成绩相差悬殊。

举个例子来说，班里有个学生叫彭耀丹，是个借读生。他头脑聪明，理科成绩极好，每次都得89十分。就是英语成绩每次总差那么几分。为此我没少找他谈心，并帮他分析原因。可这个学生总是一副满不在乎的样子，有时候感觉真是哭笑不得，他为什么就不理解老师的苦心呢？终于又一次我对他发了火。因为虽然我一次一次的找他，可他还是把单词背的稀里哗啦。也许那一次他真的从心底受到了触动。从那以后，学习态度竟然改变了许多。在期末考试中，竟然终于考了一个及格分，令我很是欣慰。班里像他一样的学生还有几个，比如：孔凡瑞和么旺，也都是重理轻文的学生，每次考试也都和彭耀丹一样，总是差那么一点点。我对他们也有过失望，认为他们的成绩就那样了。可作为一名老师的责任感，促使我对他们没有放弃，我一如既往的关心照顾他们，经常检查他们的单词短语的背诵。令我没有想到的是我的努力终于没有白费，在期末考试中这几个偏科的学生的英语都考出了非常不错的成绩，令我很是欣慰。

除了这几个偏科的学生之外，我把其余英语成绩较差的同学分为三个组。第一组是有一定基础，但*时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水*；第二组是肯学、但学习能力不强的同学。对这部分同学进行耐心指导，多加鼓励，慢慢提高他们的成绩；第三组是纪律松散、基础不好、学习又不认真的同学。对这部分人进行课余时间个别辅导。由于实施了分类辅导，针对性强，效果比较明显。

一个学期的努力效果如何，期末考试就是一种考验了。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是这学期本人确实学到很多，重要的是如何总结得失，以期在下学期后做得更好。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问、多想、多向书本、专家、同行学习，争取更大的进步。
