二、实施办法：

此次活动以集中培训与分散学习相结合的`方式进行。集中培训主要由教育部组织集中授课，强化训练。分散学习由各部室店根据教育部指定的学习材料和明确的学习进度，自主安排时间和方式，最终达到教育部制定的各项目标。具体活动拟分两步走：

1.进行小教员培训。

三、教材与学习资料

小教员班以商业服务业外语教材为主，以市民英语300句、900句为辅，重点是：导购用语、相关的商品知识、售后服务等。

员工以市民学英语100句读本为主，兼顾各工作岗位的要求，学习相关的用语，如：接待、指引、简单介绍等。

四、时间安排及目标：

1．年月中旬，进行小教员培训班人员选拔并作好开课的准备工作。

2．年月日---年2月，组织小教员培训班。

3．年2月下旬，中心店的服务台率先配备外语导购人员。

4．年3月---年6月，全员全面开展学讲英语活动，要求规定范围的人员达到能用简单英语提供接待、指引、介绍商品；各班组至少有1-2名人员可以使用英语提供基本服务。

五、保障措施和要求：

1．学英语活动由教育部具体负责，集中组织“小教员”的学习培训、发放学习材料、统一学习进度。

2．各门店的学习由各单位根据具体情况自行安排，教育部负责具体指导和检查，并将检查结果纳入对部门的考核。
